A flavorful snack.
These dark rye chips are strongly flavored and great as a snack, with a soft cheese, or instead of croutons in soups or salad. They are very dry like biscotti, so be careful biting into one. It helps that they’re thin.

Be careful
I approach these warily, as in 1989 I broke a tooth eating their Snak-Ens when I bit a garlic rye chip. This is ALL garlic rye chips. When eaten carefully, the flavor makes up for any risk.

These Gardetto’s Special Request Garlic Rye Chips are one of my all-time favorite snacks. Anyone who eats the regular Gardetto’s mix knows the truth: the rye chips are the BEST part. So having a whole bag of just the garlic rye chips feels like a dream come true. Crunchy, garlicky, perfectly seasoned — they’re completely addictive. I snack on these straight out of the bag, but I also use them in my homemade Chex Mix every Christmas for gifts, and they take it to a whole new level. Friends and family always comment on how good the mix is, and these rye chips are the secret ingredient that makes it extra special. They hold up great in the oven, stay crunchy, and pack so much flavor. The garlic seasoning is bold without being overpowering, and the texture is spot on — crisp, sturdy, and satisfying. These are so yummy! I put them into a home made chexkmix recepie from teh 1950's that uses butter, oh lord, this was so good in it.

Heat level good
I had the Spicy Italian Snack Mix, not sure why it's showing the Garlic Rye chips The Heat level was good, but there was a flavor profile that I didn't care for.
