Uvital Phone Extension Cord 33 Ft, Telephone Cable with Standard RJ11 Plug and 1 in-Line Couplers and 20 Cable Clip Holders, White

I have thrown out hundreds of these cords over the last 20 years, but due to needing a voip phone in my office and it's proximity to the internet gateway, a nice long cord to get around the home office was the best logical choice.In true Ma Bell fashion ("if it touches, it talks") this cord fit the bill nicely. With the white color and the adhesive clips it virtually disappears along the baseboard in my office, and 33 feet should get you around a wall and a half in most home offices.

Since I am a “little old lady”, these days I only have enough energy for a small project at a time. This kit looked like just what I needed to extend my phone line. After I had unwound the cord and begun laying it out, it was time for the little clips. THEY DON’T ADHERE TO THE WAL!. Even if they seem to stick at first, they pop off when the phone line is pulled through them. I will be returning this kit and purchasing a phone line and 3M clips as I should have to begin with.

The product was shipped very quickly by the seller. It offers a clear line of phone communication. We are very pleased with this aspect of the product. I did purchase this product not only for the cord length, but also for the fact that there were clip holders included with the product. My only complaint is that the tape on the clip holders does not stick well to surfaces. The phone line eventually pulled several clips off of the surface. Surfaces included metal, wall panel, and baseboards. The adhesion was not consistent for any of these surfaces. I ended up using a duct-type tape to make sure that the cord adhered to the baseboards.

This cord uses the thinnest wires possible with the least amount of strands possible to be usable. If you use this for any purpose outside of old landlines phone use, just forget it.Stripping the sheathing open on the individual wires is near impossible due to its thin and frail design, and if you do it exposes 3 or 2 strands that are thinner than a single hair. Soldering these for other intentions can't be done, no adherence and too thin. Also somewhat annoying was the wires are practically colored the same but a closer look shows 2 are more of a washed red and other 2 are a washed blue.... other 4pin phone cords ive used has always been a solid colors all different.

Wife guessed 30 feet to run a line to my Caption Call phone. When installer put it in, he offered to run a line up and around a doorway. At that time, wife said that would look tacky. After I've tripped over the phone line from my table and chair that runs across to the wall (several times), she told me to order longer cable. She was very pleased with the fasteners that came with this one, and I am too!

One of the pins was coming out of one end as soon as I took the cable out of its packaging, so the cable was unusable. I decided I could still make use of the clips, but that turned out to be a bad idea. While the clips are well made, the adhesive only stuck to the wall for a day before falling off.

What is there to say? Unplug the old, shorter cable & plug in the new, longer cable. Should I say that dial tone is brighter? That voices are more melodic? That conversations are more enlightening? Well, none of that is true, but the cable does what it's supposed to do.

I needed a new telephone line to reach my Spectrum modem from the kitchen. Fortunately, I am able to run lines through the basement ceiling. This line worked perfectly. I was happy to have the coupler, just in case the line was too short.
