Dremel 531-02 Stainless Steel Brushes (2 Pack), 1/2" Diameter

I've had a Dremel for over 20 years, and it's the most useful, and most used tool I own. Over the years have tried different grinding wheels, sanding drums, etc. and have found the cheapo bargain fittings to be very disappointing. Especially the wire brushes! The cheap ones tend to fall apart very quickly, shed nasty sharp wires at high speed into my clothing, and don't last long at all. So have gone back to original Dremel attachments. Yes, they are more expensive, but genuine Dremel attachments are more than worth it in the long run.

I used these brushes to help carve 1/8 inch epoxy inlay grooves to augment grain patterns in live edge tables. Worked perfectly. Wear eye and breathing protection.

Bought them as gadget to use to brush out something, not for a Dremel. Works well for me. Very sturdy.

I go with Dremel brand for wire brushes as they've always lasted longer and don't throw wire like cheaper versions I've used.

Little steel bristle brushes for detail surface preparation of small parts. They work well and clean up for future use. Recommended as long as you don’t try to push their limits, they are small.

These are significantly more durable than the competitors, but not by nearly enough to justify the exorbitant price. I'll just spend a little more time changing bits and save the money I would have spent for more of these on a second Lamborghini.

Used for cleaning up a cast aluminium house sign prior to repainting. Whatever you do, *do not* exceed the maximum stated rotational speed (15,000 rpm), unless you want steel wires in your eye.
