Great Bluetooth unit for a vehicle
This is a great Bluetooth module for the price. I use it to plug directly into the aux port on a vehicle. It starts back up once I turn on the car, and connects right away. Yes, there’s a slight buzzing sound, but only when the unit is plugged into usb and charging without playing anything. Once you start streaming to it, the battery stops charging and the audio is crystal clear. The microphone works for calls, but it’s not great. For streaming on road trips, it’s wonderful.

Brings Bluetooth to an older car
I bought this in order to play music/podcasts from my phone through the car stereo, in an older car that only had an Aux plug. It worked perfectly and sounds great! It was super easy to set it up and connect it to my phone.

Excellent product that performs well beyond my wildest expectations
Wow very rarely do you receive something that goes well beyond what the product claims. I have an older car head unit without Bluetooth capability, but it does have an audio input jack. I first tried purchasing and FM transmitter so that I could listen to music from my phone but the sound quality was horrible so I returned it to the Big Retail store that I purchased it by the way with taxes it was almost 50 dollars. The Comsoon Bluetooth receiver which used the audio input jack gives music quality just like modern wired stereo sound. In fact I am so pleased this is the first time I have ever written a review for a product. I was just about to purchase a new head unit but thanks to this gadget it is no longer needed

Works well, life-span is questionable.
I've had this for 10 months. I plugged it into the Aux-in port in my car and it does a fine job of streaming audio from my phone. It's even good enough to carry on a phone call while driving and I've also connected it to my work phone & use it for conference calls when I'm driving, with no complaints about noise or audio quality from other participants. I cannot comment on battery life, as I plugged the USB cable into the adapter and into the 2nd port of my car charger and I just leave it plugged in. It's charging every time the engine is running. It does a pretty good job of staying connected via Bluetooth. Sometimes, it does too good a job - it'll remain connected to the phones when I walk into the house and when I go to answer a call, the phone is piping the audio to the adapter in the car. I've gotten in the habit of turning off the adapter as I park. For the first 7 months or so, it worked really well. Over the last couple of months, the audio announcements ("power on", "power off", "device connected") are starting to get truncated - I don't get the full announcement, both the beginning and ending of the announcement are getting clipped. Additionally, it will sometimes turn itself on - there are times when I'm going for a short drive and don't bother with turning it on, but I'll suddenly get (some of) the "power on" and "device connected" messages out of the blue. For the $18 I paid for it in Sept '24, I guess it's a reasonable value. The price has dropped a buck or so since. I do have the feeling I'll have to purchase a replacement sooner rather than later. While this works well, I'll probably look at a different brand in the hopes of finding something that will last longer.

Works Great
It was very easy to set up in my 09 Ford Focus SE. The quality is nice and definitely worth the price.

Easy to use
I am loving this so far. It is so easy to pair with my phone and turn on and off. It is super small and inconspicuous. Works great in my older car. If you have a car phone charger with an extra usb port, just keep the device plugged in so it is always charging!

No so well
The product looks very good, the shipping was fast and well packaged, but the Bluetooth connection is very tricky. I haven't been able to check the battery life yet. I would recommend another product because it's a lot of work to connect it to the phone. The music listening feature works well.

The J22 bluetooth receiver is a fantastic little unit that allows you to play music and podcasts on your old-school car stereo (as long as it has an AUX auxiliary port). It is extremely predictable and reliable once it is paired to your phone, immediately connecting when you power it on. It runs for 10+ hours on a single charge (which is via a USB-C port). It will automatically power down after a few minutes of being disconnected from your phone - great when you arrive at your destination - and avoid having to keep charging it. Sound quality is very good - at least as good as CD. It comes with both a short audio cable and that nice direct adapter for connection to your car head unit.Much better than finicky other bluetooth adaptors I have tried.

100% recomendable.

Was a present for my wife and after several months she told me that it was not fot for purpose; too late to return the product.

Decent audio quality, supports AAC codec on Android. Very good battery life and it supports USB PD chargers. Includes male to male adapters, both an inline one and a cable. Love that the cable is included so the receiver can be hidden far away in some compartment if you use it in a car. Minor things of note: It does not have a separate volume control on the receiver itself so keep in mind if you plan to use it with earphones (there is also no clip). It also seems to have a strange issue with audio very occasionally cutting out for a split second but it doesn't bother me too much. After you set the volume on your phone the receiver seems to also change your volume slightly after a while so it's within one of the "increments", I suppose so that the volume buttons on the device work as expected.
