Metra 95-7951 Forenza/Verona/Aveo DDIN 04-06 Dash Kit

I used this to install a double DIN in a family member’s 2004 Aveo. Fits perfectly. Only thing you have to remove is the front tab on either side when you get it. (You’ll see what I mean)To access the radio remove the two trim pieces on either side by sliding a screwdriver up under it and popping them off. Next remove the 4 bolts holding down the radio. Attach this kit to your new double DIN receiver and reinstall. Finally put the two side trim pieces back. Toss the old radio in the trash. Easy!

I used this for a new 7 inch disply head unit installed into a 2005 Chevy Aveo. Overall it did work. But it is not an exact fit. The head unit is have is a Dual carplay / android auto. The holes on the side of the Dual did NOT line up exactly so I had to do a bit of cutting and forcing to get it to screw on straight.Also as others have stated, you will need to break off the bottom/front screw brackets. Without doing this you can not screw in the bottom/back screws. It was easy to do with a utilty knife. I scored the bottom of the brackets on each side and then just broken them off with my thumb. snapped off clean and easy. If they don't snap off, score the bottoms a bit deeper. You don't need a saw or such.Over all this does work and is pretty clean after the install.

Good quality and fit my '07 Aveo5 perfectly. Stereo looks like a factory fit.

This thing is pure garbage. I purchased it and its nothing more than cheap ABS plastic. The mounts that hold the radio work, but cheap plastic? Why not stamped metal to hold my radio just like the ones holding the OEM head unit in?The bezel did not fit at all and would bend and flex with ease. I ended up accidentally breaking it by just moving it around the head unit trying to figure out why it wouldn't fit. Again... this was a car specific purchase and it was stated that it would fit. The mounts ("side panels") for the stereo did fit with some minor modification as shown in the installation manual., but the bezel did not.Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Bought this for my Suzuki Forenza 2008, to replace stock player to Pioneer 720BT Double Din. Fast Delivery. It fitted perfectly, quality of the plastic is great! 100% satisfied with purchase.

If you're reading the reviews below, you've gotta realize how much you're paying for a product. Seriously. It's a mass-produced ABS-plastic mount. You're not paying for a custom mount kit, tailored specifically for your car. It does what it says, as long as you order the right one and you follow the instructions. My only complaint was that the description didn't explain that you would have to literally take a hand-saw and hack parts of the mount off if you "have this-car-model-or-that-one". But I fortunately did have a hand-saw so I was able to remove the proper tabs and sand it down so it was flush. Even so, I don't like the unforeseen obstacle. So it loses a star, but still overall good product. Would recommend to someone if they're properly equipped for the job.

Fit perfectly not much I can say about this.

I installed it in a Suzuki Verona 2004 and it was easy peasy lemon squeezy.

This fit great for my Aveo Hatchback 2007. No complaints

Works perfectly in my Chevrolet Optra 2007 and very easy to install. The only thing is that it’s only plastic so I think it’s a bit expensive.
