Standard bulbs of this type.
Thought I had some burned out bulbs in my camper shell brake light. Got these and installed them only to find out the problem isn't with the bulbs. Must be in the wiring or something. These appear to be pretty standard bulbs, and I would think they will be at least as good as an average bulb in longevity. However, I do not have 1st hand experience since I didn't get a chance to actually use them.

Third Brake Light Fixed! Same as Dealer Parts!
As someone who needs to watch expenses; and having spent over $2200 on car repairs recently – I couldn’t afford to have the light bulbs replaced. I didn’t have the money for the parts and labor, even buying the parts on Amazon. I bought three 2-packs (my light needs 3, so why not have a spare set for the next time) of these light bulbs and decided to get on YouTube for a tutorial. Gathering up the courage and waiting until after dark due to the heat – I decided to change the bulbs on my 2008 Cobalt. Installation wasn’t too easy, but it didn’t require any real “tools”. On the other hand, installation wasn’t so difficult I broke a sweat either – no cussing or crying involved. I did need a flathead screwdriver to loosen the “assembly” part from the trunk, but that was it. Once that was done – I popped out the three burned lights, popped these in and snapped the assembly back in. Yes, they snapped right out and snapped in. That was the easy part. It took about five minutes since it was my first time. They worked! Exactly the same as the bulbs I took out (which were the last dealer installed ones). They light up perfectly (as you can see in the photo). Since I have a spare set, I won’t likely need them for a while (over a year or more). I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again. Of course should they not last, I can always amend the review. But, for now … I’m pretty happy with them.
