I purchased this item twice. Once on 6/26 and then again on 6/28. I received the round press on 6/28. Thought that was by Amazon's mistake. Purchased this item again and today, the same round press showed up. Seems as if there might be some kind of fraud going on!!!

What's the best technique for using? Press and twist?

The best technique is to press down firmly and hold for 3-5 seconds. Some users like to use parchment paper for extra ease of removal, but simply lifting up slowly from front to back typically works well.
