Works great
I installed this relay to trigger an existing 220VAC sprinkler pump from an electronic timer which only offers a 24VDC control relay. The small profile relay fit right in timer case which was very nice. Great wiring directions right on the relay.

Relay controller for 240vac circuits
I used to convert a baseboard heater. This has performed well for months now.I feel the wiring and module are too flimsy, but wires meet needs of the circuit and work properly.

AC or DC input, quiet operation, no heat sink required in a cool environment.
I purchased this relay, since it activates on 24 vac and am using it with my central air conditioner to provide power to an additional 6" duct fan. I originally installed a cooling port to my cold storage in the basement, but the output delivered was below expectations, so automating the extra duct fan has taken care of the low flow problem. The relay switches on from the 24 vac from the air conditioner's "cooling call signal" and passes 110 vac from a local source to the duct fan. This relay operates as I expected without any noise. I do recommend this solid state relay for how I am using it, since it is the only one I found that operates with an ac or dc activation voltage.

Shorted out the Transformer
DON'T BUY. Connected one of the two relays to 24 VAC output from Micro-boiler Control Transformer. Was OK for exactly 22 minutes then failed. Also took out the Primary winding on the transformer ($96 and 3 days to replace). Meter showed relay coil was open.Installed new transformer and connected the other relay to its 24 VAC output. Relay failed after 25 minutes, again taking the transformer out with it (another $96 and 3 days to replace). Meter showed relay coil was shorted.Again replaced the transformer (another $96 and 4 days) but used a different relay, which has been working well for over a week now. This dual-relay device has cost me almost $300.

Great features, size and price
This product was perfect for my project. It has the right dimensions, capabilities and a good price. I use it to control a second irrigation valve in my backyard. The double coils allow me to control it from two different zones.

15 Months lifetime as pump relay
Used as a pump relay for a sprinkler system that averages, say, 10 hours per week.Pump draws 6 amps at 250 volts.Worked well while it workedEasy to install - printed with a schematic on the case. Not satisfied with a 15 month lifetime. Replaced it with an alternative that I believe will be more durable.

Worked perfectly to interface 2 zone thermostat to two boilers
The dual 24 volt relays work well on either DC or AC. They are completely independent of each other. The case is smaller than you might expect. Seems to work very well.
