MAGIC for small hands
What would I do without these? I tried it all… half gloves, full gloves, liquid chalk… some gym equipment just isn’t made for females with kid sized hands. These are fab. I am able to properly train the muscles to failure as opposed to my grip / fingers. Bonus that they’re hard-wearing and pretty easy to get on and off. If you have kid-sized hands, this is the ticket.

These are great!
As a female I have small hands and these are really good for when my hook grip strength starts failing after a few heavy reps . Really saves on faffing about with traditional straps.

Ottima presa, con gli stacchi non ho più il problema che mi cedano le dita nell'aumentare il peso. Forse la taglia S un po' piccola per il mio polso, ma svolgono egregiamente il loro dovere.

I’ve used versa grips before and have been a fan. I measured my wrist, which measured smaller than the XS size recommendations. Received my grips and they were SO tight and uncomfortable. I didn’t even bother taking them to the gym because I could barely get the Velcro to latch. I’m sure a small would have fit better but I already waited 2 weeks for them to ship.

I have small wrists so got XS, but would actually recommend to get S as the only difference seems the length of the band. With XS size the band for closing is a bit short, so it’s slightly more difficult to get them around your wrist (my friend bought S after I told her and we compared both products). Otherwise love them for the gym. They definitely improve grip strength as that’s the part I am struggling with most.

Wow! What a huge difference in my deadlifts and t-bar rows!! I was getting upset knuckles and buckling from them pulling the weight vs my back. These really help just move the weight without strain. Highly recommend as I have arm tendionitis and these really help not set it off!
