Good product
No taste. No ill effects. I have noticed that without L-glutamine daily, gut related symptoms including food sensitivities are continuing to improve. Overall, I think it is helpful.

Getting healthy should be on everyone's list of to dos. This product makes supplementation easy by simply adding to a drink. Your microbiome needs to survive and flourish, so why not add this to your daily regime. Good price and works well. Helps to support digestion and we all need a little boost, in that department.

May take some time for desired effects be patient
I didn’t see a lot of benefit for months but then turned a corner and would not go a day without this powder. I use in coffee and do not notice any flavor change. Try and give it some time

I love this product. I add it to my yogurt as a prebiotic with great results. My gut health is definitely reaping the results of using it.

Culturelle Abdominal Support/IBS Complete replacement
Since Culturelle has apparently discontinued their line of HMO products, I gave this a try. After a month, it has been just as effective.

Selective, no bloat prebiotics
I’ve been looking for selective prebiotics that only feed beneficial gut bacteria when I found this product. HMOs are a powerful food source for bifidobacteria and won’t be digested by less favorable strains. I recommend pairing this product with an xos prebiotic to feed lactobacilli strains for comprehensive gut microbiome health.
