Straightforward, exactly what it says. I installed this for some plumbing access on a jobsite for a basement finish. It looks very professional and works well. I cut my wall to get the perfect fit and had some wiggle room. It is very lightweight, but had a durable non smooth finish. Door closed and stays closed too!

I was pleased with the door. I wanted to leave an opening in the plastered wall so I would have access to the plumbing if necessary. Only add on was the tariff fee. I am sure you had this product in your inventory and you never paid a tariff fee on it. That bothered me. But I needed the door .

It did what it should. The instructions want you to mark the area with charcoal to align the cut of the hole. Didn't have that laying around. Hinge is fairly cheap. Wish they would have just given you a piece of paper to cut the hole correctly. This is held on by construction adhesive, there is nothing else that will hold this to the drywall.

It worked perfect and was delivered when it said.

A great option to avoid having to open the wall again. It works well as an access panel.

This will work well for accessing future water leaks. Thus preventing brick removal and extra work.
