I was searching for a table-top, low volume, quality heating device to heat-wrap (take care not to confuse heat-wrap vs. shrink-warp, which are two very different processes) my products in cellophane. I had no prior experience, but found the heating device to be user-friendly (the "poker" is a huge help in the process). For my purpose I give the device 5 Stars. By far my biggest issue was with the right cellophane. The company does offer one precut sheet on Amazon, but I needed 4 different size sheets and was hoping to find the correct size precut to make the wrapping easiest as possible. One has to do a fair amount of research to understand the exact type and thickness of the cellophane needed. I searched from coast to coast and could find no one that would be precut for a reasonable price. I was ready to give up and return the device when the company offered to precut the exact size sheets I needed, at a very reasonable price, and the company figured out a way to actually sell 2500 of each size via Amazon, which gave me the confidence I needed, knowing that if anything went wrong, Amazon would advocate on my behalf. Any idea how much 10,000 sheets weigh? A lot!! The shipping cost alone could easily exceed that of the sheets. By being able to order via Amazon, I was able to advantage of Prime Free Shipping. But, in order for this transaction to take place, ultimately I needed to dialogue directly with the company, outside the Amazon framework. So, after many texts via WhatsUp, we finally agreed upon the size and the price. Upon receiving the best wrapped package I have ever seen (which is necessary to transport 10,000 sheets from overseas!!!) I realized the company made a mistake in the sizing for two of the sheets. When I pointed this out, the spokesperson immediately stated they would replace them (5000 sheets) for no extra charge; rare these days!!! I found their Customer Service to be excellent and timely, in spite of the time difference. After a reasonably short wait, the replacement sheets arrived, expertly packaged as before! So, in addition to giving the device 5 Stars, I also give the most reputable company and their outstanding customer service 5 stars+!! RY

This machine is perfect.

This was my first time using a cellophane machine. The machine is very high quality and easy to use. It's made out of sturdy metal and comes equipped with a solid temperature gauge, a power cord, and a handy stamping puck. You can use the puck to tack your cellophane around the product and then tighten the cellophane by placing each side on the machine for a second. Works like a charm! The company that sells them is also very responsive and will custom cut cellophane to the size you want. I highly recommend them.

La máquina Exelente solo que el papel que de envoltura que envían es muy pequeño y no encuentro un lugar para comprar el papel exacto que se nesecita , sería bueno que también ofrecieran un tamaño adecúado de papel para las cajas de perfumes que fue que por eso que lo compré

Works great would recommend you sell precut cellophane on the page/ make it easy to find and buy

Initially the machine wasn’t working well but I think the cellophane I was using was too thick. When I purchased some bags worked perfectly.

Very inefficient if you plan on using it for bulk packaging. Takes way too long and requires a lot of reworking. Tried returning it and they took 2 months to process it just to say they never received it even though tracking showed it arrived within a week.

La máquina funciona perfectamente solo que en México no he podido encontrar el celofán Bopp y no he podido ocuparla como esperaba . Me ayudaría mucho si alguien me puede decir en donde conseguirlo

Didn’t come with my press tool or ruler which I need for my brands packaging absolutely ridiculous.
