Really, really helpful! Husband had meniscus repair surgery. Ordered 2, so he’d have one in the freezer. The whole wrap freezes, not an insert like some. Velcro is great, he was even able to wear it and walk around! Excellent product!

These ice packs are amazing. I ordered another type as well, but the Medivac ice packs are far superior in fitting my knee and keeping it cold. I had meniscus repair surgery on both my knees and am so glad I have these ice packs! The only (minor) downside is that the Velcro straps are very long, which is probably good for a larger person, but a little too long for a petite woman.

It is fantastic at first when I froze it seemed heavy but it adapts to area that is hurt. Easy to put on, super cooling last a long time and straps are a good length would fit any type of body. Well made great value.

Recently I had a grade 2 tear in my MCL and have lived off of ice packs and motrin. This ice pack has worked well. The design allows it to fit across my entire knee. With the straps I am able to make it as tight or loose as I would like it. While moving around the straps enable me to be able to walk around even with the ice pack on. When put in the freeze rolled up it is compact and does not take up too much space. It also remains cold for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Works great. Much easier to use than an Ice Machine.

I’ve been having knee pain in both knees from working out and needed a way to ice my knees after the gym so I purchased two of these ice packs. They feel so good in my knees. The quality is really nice- thick gel all over and the Velcro straps are sturdy and easily adjustable. I like how they form around my whole knee area really well. They stay cold for a long time too. Between the quality and price, I gave these 5 stars. No complaints.

This ice pack is very well made but it doesn't stay cold, much less frozen, for more than 30 minutes at the most.

What I love about it that it freezes just about the right temperature and when the use as hot it great. The Gel wraps have help me to experience less pain and my swelling have gone down sufficient. I recommended this product to anyone that is in any discomfort. I am 76 years old, and I didn't think it was possible but yes am able to sleep more and laugh a little.
