love it, quality is very good
love it, quality is very good, only wheels are plastic but you wouldn't notice it unless you touch it. LOvely rustic/industrial style!

Too many pieces to assemble and the wheels do not swivel
First of all, I didn't realize this was a Sauter piece. It came in about a thousand pieces and it took 2.5 hours to assemble my myself. Was only able to use power tools for about half of it. And due to their location, the screws that hold the shelves on the brackets are impossible to access with a power drill and you can only do about a quarter turn with a screw driver. Assembly was painful. Then there are rollers. They do not swivel and are in effect useless. This thing weighs a ton. I had to drag it through the house to get it the room I wanted it in. If I had known it required assembling a thousand parts and the wheels don't swivel, I would've have purchased this piece. One nice thing: the hundreds of screws and misc hardware came in a very well organized package; directions were actually written in English and easy to follow.

Great customer service! Beautiful piece!
I ordered two of these items. They both came on time and I put one of them together it looks beautiful and is very sturdy. The other was missing apart so I called customer service right away and they had it to me within 5 to 7 business days. I have been very pleased with these pieces of furniture and have received many complements.

This is a fine piece of furniture. The only issue is that the wood look is just a sticker and can easily be damaged. Do not put tape on it and pack it carefully when moving.

don't let the Better Homes and Gardens brand fool you
Save your money, don't let the Better Homes and Gardens brand fool you, this is Sauder crap. Holes that don't align, impossible angles to try to drive screws that are too big for the holes, cheap particleboard and cardboard construction. After spending time putting this crap together, even my dog didn't like me.

Nice but difficult to move.
Looks very nice, but I assumed that the wheels swiveled since they don't it's a little difficult to move. Very nice piece of furniture.
