The Delta Weights are better than the round ones ( :
Ok, the Delta is for the triangular shape, like the Greek letter delta, which, wouldn't cha know it, is triangular in shape.The triangle part is the part that makes it better than the round weights. I take water aerobics at my neighborhood pool and have tried both types--the triangles are better because they are less bulky and you can hold the two closer together without having them hit together when you work out. Less bulk means you can hold better form with arm work.They come in three levels of resistance but only the medium and heavy have "delta" in the name. Don't ask me why, but I talked to the company that makes them and they give the really light ones a different name. But they all have the same triangular shape.According to the company rep it's not how much they weigh, like normal weights, that determines the resistance, but the grade of foam they use.Nice weights, and they hold up well for years.Write your name on yours if you take them to the pool, because someone might decide to upgrade at your expense ( :hope this helps

Get Fit!!
This is harder than it looks. I went through an old pair of theses after a few years. Good water retention..will buff you up. Good for anyone, and over the hill who wants to get fit .

I am pretty sure these are the LARGE
I already have the small aqua jogger barbells. Although they say they are the MEDIUM. I am pretty sure these are the LARGE. I am not sending them back, but am disappointed that the say they are the MEDIUM, but since I already have a pair of medium at my other home, these are definitely not the medium, but rather the LARGE. I will keep them, but not order again.

Have been using Aqua Jogger Delta Bells for 30 years and was glad to be able to get a new set. Well made product. Replaced my belt also! Aqua jogging is an excellent form of exercise.....especially good for rehab for physical injury!

Fun and exercise in the pool!
I had been doing exercises in our pool without the deltabells for many years. Since purchasing them, my workouts have improved and intensified. They have improved my upper body strength and have made me feel great. I love them! The medium resistance is just perfect for me.

They work.
Just starting using them about a week ago. They're light and handy. I didn't think I would get enough resistance with them. When I used them it didn't feel like much resistance until I realized my muscles were getting tired after a few minutes. I use them for resistance and for floating and kicking.
