12/16/20 This is my third one. Not the fault of the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I have dropped the previous two I owned. It should tell you something when I keep buying it. I love it too much to be without it. Both drops were from a standing position onto a concrete or tile floor. First time the bottom broke a piece off of it. It still worked but I replaced it. Just over a year later, I dropped my second one and while it looked fine and still held a charge, it would no longer charge my phone. I ordered another one and received the new style today. Gotta say, I love the new look. I especially love that I can use my phone charger and plug it into the charging port of my phone and it charges both. With the previous version, I had to remove the case to charge my phone because there was no access to the charging port through the case itself, only the ability to charge the case or lay it on the Qi charger. I would always leave my phone in the case and charge it nightly on the Qi charger. I’ll update my post after I have had time to use the newest case. By the way, I hate solicited reviews and this isn’t one of them. I review products at my own discretion. 01/24/21 Update Still love it. Big bonus- it will charge on the center console charging pad of my ‘17 Suburban. The other charging case would not. The charging pads in the GM vehicles weren’t compatible with iPhones until 2018 and only certain models of iPhones. The charging pad was useless until now. Thanks for improving upon an already great product!

After a month of using this case and loving it, it just stopped charging my phone via battery or the USB port (and also won't allow me to connect to my computer). Once in a while it will charge via the battery but it will only last about 5-10 seconds then it stops charging and requires multiple reseating of the iPhone to get back to that point. I know it has to do with the case because when I take my phone out of the case, it charges correctly and has no issues connecting to other devices like my computer. I also had issues with the wireless charging. I have two charging stations that my wife uses for her iPhone 11 and the work fine for her phone while one of the stations starts blinking with an error after a couple of minutes of charging and the second station charts the phone incredibly slow (approximately 10% per hour). If I used a wired connection, it would charge at the normal rate. Its too bad because I really liked the design and when it worked it was great but don't feel I should be experiencing this just one month into ownership.

Phenomenal product. My charging port would not work consistently. Once placed in the case, it charged without a problem. It allows me to use cable or wireless charger. With phone battery down to 10% or lower, the battery pack recharges to 100% at least 4 times. (I haven’t needed it to do more yet). The battery pack adds very little weight or bulk to the phone. Much less expensive than replacing a failing battery.

First off, it works. You are adding a second battery to your iPhone. It does charge wirelessly. It's also made out of plastic that is very easy to slip out of your hand. Apple had a perfect smart case they discontinued that had a silicon grip and texture. Fantastic product, but not wireless charge capable. This one is, but it falls out of your hand so easy. It also slips into your pocket very easily. So? Over all, you have to press a button to actually use this battery to charge your phone and because of that I kind of dislike it. Apple's smart case was a total no brainer. This case works, it does what it says it will do... I have never dropped my phone so much in such a short amount of time.

The case works great for my iPhone the battery adds 2 days of extra battery. Nice to hold, easy to use. I accidentally cracked the case so I sent it back to the company to see if it was repairable (which it wasn’t ). I was bummed because i need this case. I got a phone call this morning from alpatronix (Brian) informed me that they would be sending me a new case free of charge. Excellent CS and now I will be a customer for life thank you.

I have a Iphone SE 3rd generation. The case arrived quickly and was fully charged when I recieved it. Packaging was very well labeled with a screen protector and charging cord is a really nice addition. This case fit perfectly and begain charging my iphone after pushing the button for 3 seconds. Works perfectly. All of the buttons are easy to use and match perfectly to my iphone SE. Obviously this case adds a bit of size and weight to the phone, but I feel it is a good trade off for having the extra battery capasity. I also persopnally felt the phone was easier to manage in my hand as the case has more grip than the outside of the iphone. While I think the black color is very boring, it does not effect any performance of the case on the phone.

Good case, one piece so no spare parts to pop off if in pocket. Wireless charging worked good. I would not mind if it was a little more sticky/grip so it would be easier to hang on too but still works! *update, had to warranty the first one i got three months after getting it. Warranty covered it which was great. Couple months later stopped working again. It would only wireless charge but not send power to phone. Called them to see if get it warranty since they say right in the box that there is a 1 year warranty. Was told that there was nothing more he could do. Good case but i just had bad luck!
