vero easy to clean - non stick
i bought this pan because of the legacy of the brand. i learned how to make it non stick through the water drops dancing method and it works perfectly. it is amazing to clean, you can use the metal sponge to remove the more ostinate residue. however i have a hard time cleaning the three screws that connect the handle to the pan. some dirt has surrounded them and i have no clue of how to remove it. still my most used pan
