I have restless leg syndrome, and if you deal with it too, you know it’s not easy calming your legs once they start acting up. I’ve tried different methods, but nothing really stuck. So, when I came across this gadget, I figured why not give it a try? The massager fits my calf fine. I had to adjust how tight or loose to wrap it. If it’s too snug, once it inflates it feels uncomfortable. The first time I used it when my legs started bothering me, I turned it on and started with the sequence mode, but I also tried the other two. My favorites are sequence and whole mode. It feels like the device is squeezing my leg and then releasing. After just a little while, my legs started to calm down and I finally felt some relief. After using it several times, it’s still very relaxing. I think it helps, but when my restless legs are really bad at night, it doesn’t do as much. What I’m trying now is using it more during the day to get better circulation, hoping that makes the nights easier. Setup was simple—just plug the cords into the control and connect to the outlet. The only issue I had was the plug slipping out the first time when I moved a certain way. It takes a minute to get used to being plugged in and not moving around too much. Luckily, I have an outlet by my bed, so it’s easy to use there. I even tried it under the covers and had no problem after that. I usually stick to the first or second intensity level, which is plenty for me. I did try level 3, but it was way too tight. Another thing I like is the storage bag it comes with. It’s roomy enough to hold everything, so I keep it by my bed and grab it whenever I need it. I’m still new to using it, so I can’t say how it’ll hold up long-term, but so far, it’s been working well for me. I’ll update later on.

This calf massager has been the best product I have even bought and it works wonders. My mom had been complaining of calf pain for months due to standing long hours. Even since she started using this calf massager it had helped her so much. It was so easy for her to connect all the wires and use it. There is 3 different modes to change the intensity of it and 3 modes to change the location to where exactly I want the massage to be done on the calves. My mom has been using it daily for 20min before she sleep as it relaxes her and she has been getting much better sleep then she did before. The Velcro straps wrap around the leg nice and tight and goes not open due to the pressure in the massager.
