Allithiamine 50 mg 60 Capsules

Allithiamine (fat-soluble form vitamin B1) was recommended to me for muscle pain and tightness at night. I was very skeptical, since I already take very high quality supplements, multi-vitamins, and B-Complex daily, but took the chance on this because it is priced right. I did not think that I would notice a difference, but over the past 3 weeks that I have been using it, my muscle pain and tightness has almost completely gone away. At first I thought it was because I was occasionally doing my stretches and exercises, but after a week of slacking off on those, I am still free of the pain and tightness that has been waking me up in the middle of the night for over 4 months.

I take thiamine for stuttering so I want the effect to be pronounced in the brain . This is by the most effective thiamine I ever took. I feel the effect within few minutes of taking it . If you take it for fatigue , weakness or any neurological effect this is the formulations to take.

I have been taking these for a few weeks. I have felt a slight improvement in energy levels.

It does leave a bitter taste but I'll take a good quality product over a better tasting one any day.

I think this is the real deal, because I get sulfurous burps if I take too much.
