Pretty terrific
I have close-together, tight teeth and even the hygienist has trouble flossing my teeth, so I knew this might be challenging. Yes, the first time I tried using this floss it broke, but once I got the hang of it, I now like it a lot, and have not had any breaks. It seems that the trick to removing it between teeth is to pull it to a new, waxed portion of the floss. It does feel like it does a better cleaning job once it's between teeth than the Glide Pro-Health, and now I have the reassurance of not ingesting any noxious chemicals.

If you have super tight teeth, this is the floss for you!
If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Ever since Glide floss discontinued the old PFAS version, I was on the hunt for a floss that would fit in the very tight spaces between my teeth. I tried a total of 6 flosses until I found this Treebird silk floss. Here's my ranking: (1) Treebird silk floss: using this one just once finally ended my search! I just wish i had tried this one first. It glides really easily between my tight teeth. I've used it for about a month and have had no problems with breaking. (2) Dr. Tung's smart floss (non-vegan) almost worked. The way the fibers expand and contracts, it could almost squeeze between my tight teeth. I also really liked how you could really see how much food it was cleaning off my teeth, and it really did feel like it was cleaning my teeth better than other floss. However, after a few days of using the floss, some of my teeth began to ache--probably because it was putting too much pressure on the teeth when maneuvering the floss. (3) Dr. Tung's activated charcoal vegan floss: didn't glide nearly as well as the non-vegan one. Would sometimes get stuck. (4) the newer version of Glide floss: doesn't glide well at all. (5) Radius silk floss: gave up after 2 attempts. would get stuck (6) Coco floss: way too thick. Gave up after flossing 2 teeth. I appreciate that it doesn't have a scent, how it's compostable, and the metal container. In reference to Marie Kondo, whenever I look at the floss container, it truly brings me joy--especially after how long it took me to find this.

new convert to silk floss
After three months of daily (occasionally twice daily) use, I've finished one spool of this floss. I really like it! It's sturdy and I like that it has a bit of texture to it. I feel like it is actually doing something to clean my teeth and I love knowing I'm not putting more plastic in my body or the environment afterwards! I have a couple teeth that are a little tight and it's harder to get between, so I can see it being more challenging to use if one has tightly spaced teeth. I haven't had any issues with the floss breaking or shredding. I also love the little reuseable dispenser!

Too hard to use and hard on gums.
Not sold on this. I break off the floss at least twice sometimes 3 times per flossing. I like the floss not having PFAs but I need a waxed floss as my teeth are close together. I also find I have to exert more force pulling the floss along the tooth, often hurting my gums getting through tight spaces. I'm open to suggestions of other floss products that do not have the same issues.

Great floss that allows you to refill and keep the nice container.
They work great for me. It's worth the try. I love that they have refills and it's environmentally friendly. Less waste and it keeps my teeth clean. Win/Win. It comes with a nice reusable container. I love that.

Eco friendly is nice but flossing with this product was a problem.
Followed their directions but the floss breaks easily and impossible to use unless you have wide tooth spacing. Would return it if I could. I was able to return the floss for a full refund*****

Useful, just remember…
Handy dispenser and floss is good. Tip for not having the end drop into the dispenser when not secured: pull with enough slack that the bundle is able to rest on the bottom of the dispenser. Seems obvious but if you’re not mindful of the tiny little detail you could end up having to deal with threading it each time you floss.

Works great
This floss seems a little thicker than the drug store kind, but it does a great job when flossing my teeth. It is silk with a type of wax coating, thus the thickness. However, I don't have a problem flossing that would cause me not to use the type of floss.

Does such a good job at cleaning in between my teeth. Might not be suitable for people that have very small gaps between their teeth, biodegradable and easy to refill.

Clearly a lot of inspired love went into this whole package. This is the best floss that I have ever used in my whole life! It’s strong, no issues with breakage, even though my teeth are very close together, and it cleans really well. Nice flavour. The little tin is beautifully designed stores the floss perfectly and cuts it well. The name “ tree bird “ is perfect too. This is one thing we can all do to help keep the fish safe and oceans and beaches a bit cleaner. Don’t hesitate. If you choose to continue to use plastic or nylon floss please remember to cut it into shorter lengths after use before trashing it bc the long lengths injure the fish etc badly when they get tangled up in it. And what is bad for them is also bad for us for we have been given the responsibility to care for the whole earth and everything on in above beneath her.
