Great value, and the birds love it!
Birds love it, and no waste without the corn, because they don’t eat the corn! Great price too!

High quality and best deal for the money - 'cuz the birds like 'em!
Although these seem like a lot of money - it isn't. These are high quality, shelled, plain peanuts, healthy for the birds and the birds really like them! I even spot the "littler" birds grabbing these from our window feeders. I have tried other brands other than Scott and the birds aren't as happy about it. Sometimes they'll just leave them. But they like the Scott's and they disappear fast from the feeders. My mom has the same experience across the county with her window feeders. So, you're only paying for clean, shelled peanuts by weight, and the birds (my birds) actually do prefer Scott's, so I think these are a great deal overall.

Good price
This was the best price I've found for whole corn kernels. I try not to feed cracked corn because it's so attractive to house sparrows.

Lots of empty shells~ not peanuts
Order these a few times. The crows absolutely love them. This last package had more than half empty shells, (no unshelled) in the bottom of the bag. The order before that seemed much lighter as well. I decided to try a different company for now.

70% of bag is inedible junk & not corn!
Absolutely the worst bag of corn kernels I have ever bought. EVER. It is full of stems, cobs & straight up inedible junk, legit so much so that it barely has corn. If this stuff was separated out, more than 70% would be pure trash. I have never had a bag quite this bad before but if it’s like this from now on, I won’t be purchasing this again. (See my pics.) I was really hoping that this debris was only on the top, but it’s literally the ENTIRE BAG!! Just full of garbage that is inedible! And this is about the 3rd bag I have bought from them now that is EXACTLY like this, so I won’t be buying any more! I just kept hoping that it would go back to like the 1st bag of ‘just kernals’ that I had gotten the first time… But it didn’t. In months! I bought 4 bags over about 4 months. 3 of them were just bad, & these last 2 bags were the worst of them all. & since it hasn’t changed for the better, I give up.
