Fit like OEM PART
The hose diameter is small, but soap gets it on. Nice tight and compact fitment on 2001 PT Cruiser.

Unfortunately, it does fit the pt cruiser, just not easily … at all.
So I bought this and was planning to return it since it didn’t fit my 2010 or cruiser. I went to autozone and bought their version and was sad to see the diameter was the same as this one. The pcv connection is smaller and fits nicely in this tube….. the other side that goes in the manifold is NOT. I brought this up with the autozone manager and he suggested boiling the manifold side of tube and forcing it on. Some advice… boil it in hot water and force an executive pen the gets bigger into it over and over for a bit…. Then lube up the manifold section a bit and quickly take the boiling tube and force it onto piece…. It will go, it took me multiple tries …. It truly sucks.

this is on a 2004 pt cruiser base model with manual 5 speed.
This is a perfect match in size and shape to the original. However, Be prepared. To have. A little bit of a struggle. Mounting it. As I have no way of knowing. What the factory diameter. Of the. Inside. Of the tubing was. It is difficult to say. Whether or not? This is a perfect match or not? But it is in all other respects. At first. I was unable to get it to Mount. Because it was too tight. But it was an easy fix. Just boil it in some water to allow the rubber to loosen up. Using a little oil i was able. To force it on. Making for an excellent seal. I would highly recommend. just be aware. Of the above.

Fits pt cruiser 2003 non turbo with dash of oil
Just to dismiss previous reviews about compatability of this item with certain pt.cruiser models: I have 2003 pt cruiser non turbo and indeed the size of the engine valve nipple is smaller then nipple of air duct where this hose connects. However, i used a q-tip with dash of oil to coat inside of the hose on both ends, and were able effortlesly slip on both ends of the hose on both nipples. Mind you both are securely and tightly fit even with oil applied. So don'tbe scared, order up, it ll work.

Good replacement for cracked leaking hose
Bought this along with new pcv valve for my 01 pt cruiser. Installed both in less than ten minutes. Advise to put a little oil in the ends to aid in slipping it over the nipples, it is a little tight but does fit on with a little wiggling.

Does not fit well without boiling. Too tight.
The manifold side of this hose is too small. Otherwise ok.

la manguera llegó antes de lo previsto muy rapido el servicio aun cuando era de amazon usa, se lo instalé sin problemas a mi Pt Cruiser 2007 solo un poco de aceite como comentan mas abajo en las boquillas y entra con un poco de presión, sin lugar a duda mucho mas barato que en las refaccionarias ahora habrá que ver cuanto tiempo dura si tengo algún problema actualizaré aquí mismo.
