Great taste
As I read the reviews, I still tried it and yes it is very hard to work on but it melts very quickly and has a very runny cheesy consistency that I liked a lot as I use it usually on instant noodles and it tastes very amazing. Good replacement for cheese slices on my bread dishes and instant noodles

Best value for money Pizza Cheese in India
I have tried various brands of Mozzarella cheese for making pizza in India, but this Dairy Craft cheese tops all of them. The cheese is extremely soft and melts pretty quick, so if you are using home OTG ovens without a pizza stone/steel I would recommend to add the cheese 5-10 minutes before taking the pizza out.Go Mozzarella( NOT pizza cheese) was my choice before but this is taking its place now.Ps - Processed cheese by almost all the brands do not melt well in the oven and often burns. If you want saltier flavor of the processed cheese along with the mozzarella, keep the cheese buried under the veggies to prevent burning

Very salty.
Very salty and ordinary compared to the price tag. It should not be salty at all. This hampers pizza taste.

Tastes buttery but too gooey, loved it tho
It's very soft at room temperature and can't be shredded. It tastes buttery and amazing but difficult to handle. When put on pizza it melted into a liquid and spread. Don't put too much because I did it and it spilled. Gives the cheese pull btw

Dairy craft cheeses are one of my favourites! They melt beautifully and have a really nice flavour.

Recommend for pizza
I had used different companies like amul, go, milky mist. Compared to all, this was the best. It melts very nice and give a good cheese texture. Tase was also good. Tip-store cheese in freezer, it’s ease to grate it.
