As other reviewers have stated, it misleads you into thinking you are getting 1500mg of ELEMENTAL MAGNESIUM (what actually gets absorbed into your body) at the front of the packaging, whereas the actually amount of elemental is only 117mg. You have to take atleast 3 for it to be a standard dose. Stick to other brands on here that actually label the elemental dosage and not the weight of each dosage at the front! avoid. £16 for basically 1 month lol. EDIT: It even came without being sealed! I don't know if people have tampered with this or not, I am going to try to get refunded.

Not exactly as advertised, three capsules is a daily dose and standard dose. There for this is thirty days worth not 90 days worth so it's worth shopping around for magnesium threonate and making sure it's the dosage per capsule and not serving.

Magnesium L-threonate is a particular kind of Magnesium which has been proved to effectively cross the brain-blood barrier (other magnesium supps are good for increasing magnesium level in the body but not in the brain).The only studied magnesium L-threonate is branded Magtein® and it costs a bit more, but I feel this from iPerk is working. A note on who's complaining about the price: magnesium l-threnonate costs more than other magnesium form and iPerk price is actually amazing.Talking about my experience, after about 25 days of 3 capsules daily (2 in the morning, 1 before bed) I felt an increased blood flow (common effect) in the head lasting for about 1 and a half day. After that, I felt a bit more focused, relaxed and energic.Magnesium l-threonate has been shown to induce and optimal magnesium concentration in the brain after 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, the level decrease pretty quickly after the supplementation is stopped. I was recommended this form of magnesium. I have always taken magnesium citrate. I suffer badly from night cramps but this has not alleviated it at all. By taking the 3 recommended tablets a day, my bowels were very loose. I have reduced the dose to 2 a day which is slightly better, but then I am not getting the recommended dose! Will probably not continue once I have used all the tablets I have.

Very basic, incomplete website. As far as I can ascertain the owner seems to have a history in car sales, but could be wrong. It’s pretty much an unregulated market, so I didn’t take the chance.
