SBS 10" Surf & SUP Fin - Free No Tool Fin Screw - 10 inch Center Fin for Longboard, Surfboard & Paddleboard

I bought my FB Maui SUP at Ocean State Job Lot 2 years ago. In the fall I was lazy and didn't take the fin off and bring it inside. A tree branch feel on it and broke it off at some point over the winter even though it was under the deck. So I searched for a replacement. From the company it was $35 plus shipping. I stumbled on this fin on Amazon and it totally worked - not only that but the 10" length makes it easier for me to paddle multiple times on one side without going in a circle, unlike the shorter fin the old Maui came with. The new ones come with two short fins and one long fin. This is a great value and high quality, easy to install, and I won't make the mistake of forgetting to remove it in the fall. Plus the nifty cover it comes with will be nice to protect it as well. Can't say enough good things about it.

Great for most SUP boards. As long as the same size it works as an affordable replacement if you break an original fin. I still had the screw from my original fin and it was fine for this replacement.

My Jimmy Styks Click 'N Go Standard Fin was suddenly gone during paddling on my JS Quantum paddleboard. I guess a bump on a rock released the holding mechanism. On the web site, Jimmy Styks has this fin sold out, and also other vendors report that it has been discontinued. It's impossible to buy. My assumption is that the Jimmy Styk fin is poorly designed, lots of people lose it, and thus it's sold out. The JS customer support was useless, sending me only Amazon links to fins which do not work at all as a replacement. This SBS fin is a great replacement and fits well my JS Quantum.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: it was recommended as a replacement fin for my viper sup. It was easy to install and works really well

Using this fin on a Jarvis San Marcos design which I am skinning with cedar strips. I'm still working on it, so I can't comment on performance just yet. I can say that this fin is very nice and seems like it will help the board track very straight in the water. Only issue is that it slid off my workbench and broke off the front tip. I was able to fix it up with superglue and baking soda, so all good again. I would also mention that the seller offered to replace my (self induced) broken fin. I didn't want them to do that since it was my fault, but I was quite surprised by their offer. I highly recommend this product and this company!

Just installed this to replace a lost fin on my 12' Bic Ace Tec Sport. Fits good, easy to install and comes with the screw an nut to fit slide in the groove. Better than half the price from the manufacturer. One notable difference and I don't know if it's a positive, negative or neutral: the fin is heavy and rigid. The old one would bend and flex back when grounded, this one is rigid. I wonder if that means instead of flexing under pressure it may break instead.

I am so happy this fin fit perfectly and was super easy to put on, my Air Degree paddle board is not on the list but thankfully taking a chance worked out. This fit my surftech 11.6x28x7.75 board which came with a 8 inch fin. Making it poor for stability especially when the wake from boats came. The SBS fin is 10 inches and made the board a lot more stable. The fit was perfect, very snug and took a little wiggling the first time for the
