I’ve been using this OWB holster with a TLR-1 HL setup and it’s been a solid option overall, especially for the price. Retention is based off the light, which works well. It gives a consistent lockup and helps minimize wear on the slide itself. You may notice some contact on the light over time, but that’s expected with this type of design. Fit has been consistent across multiple setups as long as they are compatible with the TLR-1 HL. As long as your configuration supports that light, this holster should work as intended. The belt loops are designed for 1.5" belts. If you’re running a stiffer belt, it can take a little effort to thread through, but once it’s on, it stays in place well and doesn’t shift around during movement. The material feels a bit on the lighter side, but it has held up well with use so far and has been durable enough for regular use. It rides fairly high and close to the body, which helps with concealment even though it’s an OWB design. Retention is adjustable, and I had no issues dialing it in to my preference. It also features a higher sweat guard. Some people may find that uncomfortable depending on preference, but I didn’t have any issues with it. If needed, that’s something that can be modified. Overall, this is a good value option if you’re looking for a light-compatible OWB holster. It performs well, stays secure on the belt, and does what it’s supposed to do.

Solid construction, reasonable fit. Expect it to be TIGHT when you first receive it, I recommend removing the retention screw altogether and working the pistol in and out of the holster several dozen times to loosen things up. If yours is like mine, the holster will be a few thousandths too tight in a few areas and this will rub/scrape off as you work the pistol in and out. You'll get some plastic residue on your pistol and light, but this wipes off easily and doesn't damage the finish of either. If you're worried about the finish, save your pennies and get a Safariland or similar suede lined holster for 5x more than this one. Once it's broken in and you get an affirmative CLICK when inserting/removing the pistol, reinsert the retention screw and tighten to your liking. I recommend a very small amount of loctite blue on the retention screw and the belt loop screws to avoid unplanned rapid disassembly in the field.

So I love the guys at Bravo Concealment. They have made great products in the past and I have never had a problem. This holster is the first product of theirs that gives me pause. I have two.....eh..quibbles with it really. The first quibble I have is that it came super tight, to the point I couldn't get my firearm out of the holster. I managed to loosen it up but to make it functional to draw I had to set the screw to its loosest setting. Even then, my TLR-1 was scrapping plastic off of the inside of the holster with every draw. (Im ok if duty gear gets a little scratched. I am looking to carry life saving tools, not safe queens.) My second quibble is that the holster, by its very design in order to accommodate the TLR-1 leaves a slight gap in-between the wall of the holster and the trigger guard. It is not large but it was large enough to be able to force my finger through and get play on the trigger. It is certainly big enough for someone with smaller than average finger (like a child or teenager) to gain access to the trigger and discharge the firearm in its holster. However it is level 2 retention and not level 3. And in order to accommodate the TLR-1 the holster will have to sacrifice some shape in order to make it work. So I plan on keeping it and making use of it, just be aware of these two things before jumping on it.
