This jack is excellent and well worth the money. It is built with robust components and the rollers deserve special mention as they are made from steel. It is the best quality jack on Amazon unless you want a racing type jack which can lift the car in seconds but which costs double the money (I know, since I bought one of each). Cheaper jacks are just about adequate for the job but if you want real quality and performance this is the one for you. I have used it on my VW California and VW Caravelle with great success (the VW supplied jack is a joke). My only criticism is the manual which is dreadful. The photo in the manual is mislabelled. For example, if you look for the release valve the photo indicates a random bolt on the side of the jack. This is inexcusable at the price. Note also that the round rubber piece that sits on top of the jack elevating arm is tiny and I suggest you purchase a larger unit on amazon as I have. I would love to knock off two stars for the horrible manual but the jack itself is so good it would do it an injustice.

HEYNOR trolley jack. A good sturdy and stable jack that lifts with ease. The handle makes it easy to carry and haven't had any issues yet. However a substantial rubber pinch weld pad not included does make it more versatile to use.

I purchased this jack after reading online reviews and haven't been disappointed. The jack is very well made and copes comfortably with a standard family car. The jack easily fits under the sills of my Golf and supports the car whist allowing me to check underneath or preparing to work on the vehicle on axle stands. I can even use it to slightly lift a 4x4, although the sill height of the 4x4 is really at the limit of the lifting arm. The jack can support the weight of a standard car easily and seems to be very reliable with no leaks in the hydraulic lifting mechanism. I was pleased to see that the trolley had durable metal wheels which means that the unit will last a considerable amount of manoeuvring on concrete surfaces without getting damaged. All in all I would consider it very good value for money in comparison with other similarly priced hydraulic jacks because of the materials used and its build quality.

I use this for my Audi A4, which is quite low to the ground. It's perfect for it. It's very simple to use, and it worked perfectly for a few months. One day when I was slowly letting the car back down, something happened to make one of the support arms come off, and buckle against the subframe of my car. The seller promised to send me a new one, and I'm still waiting. The little fixing on the end of the arm had somehow come off, I assume because the jack was rolling around in the back of my car. So yea, I've gone from being totally happy with it, to not having a jack in case I ever need one. So..... I understand these things happen but I'm not happy about it. Edit: The seller has been exceptionally kind and professional throughout my replacement unit being sent. DPD made an error, so the seller had to send another unit to me. I received it the following day. I was disappointed that the jack had a small design flaw (the retaining clip of the arm can somehow come off - but it was loose in the boot of my car, so it's probably my fault). As for using the jack, it's very sturdy ... Quite heavy... Nice low profile which I need for my car. Usage is very simple, you just tighten the bolt to the left of the arm with the leverage arm, and pump it up. I'll have my Audi in the air by about 20 depressions. To get the air out and lower the arm, you just take the leverage arm out, and twist the same bolt the opposite direction. How people in these reviews say the manual is rubbish, I don't know. I think if you need a manual to operate this, you shouldn't be working on your car. It's extremely simple to use. So....yea. Jack: sturdy, fast, powerful, easy. Seller: Exceptional. 4 stars for the little design flaw.... Which won't affect many people. I do recommend it.

I bought this primarily to use with my Land Rover Discovery as the standard jack supplied with the car is not very user-friendly when trying to change its large tyres in the middle of nowhere in heavy rain. Since buying the Heyner jack I have not had any punctures, but I have used it several times for lifting a 700kg sailing boat to adjust its position on a trailer. The jack is well made and sturdy. It raises quickly, and lowering can be controlled quite precisely by the release valve. It is stable on the ground. It is quite large and heavy to carry in the car, but I needed its capacity and lift for a range of tasks. I am happy with it.

Great little jack, very heavy and sturdy. My jack came missing a couple of parts however their aftersales support from the sells page was incredible. Very understanding and really wanted to ensure I got what I needed. Shipped replacement parts same day from Germany and received them the following day! Well done guys sorry it's taken me so long to review! Gave me faith in sellers again!

This Jack is quality. it had the best write ups and I can see why. i always use axle stands when under the car as i wouldnt trust any jack to hold a car while i was under it, but this jack never struggled to lift anything. never lost lift or height.
