Worked well just like the original one

Recently I changed out the blower motor and resistor on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler. Afterwards the blend door actuator quit working. I replaced and it still didn't work. Returned product just in case. Promptly received replacement. After replacing the hvac control panel, the actuator worked. All of these elements are easy to replace on your own. Great value, return was easy, and product works as advertised.

I used this on a Jeep TJ. It functions properly after a bit of tweaking. It didn't line up with the door shaft properly. The door would bottom out before the full travel was reached on the motor, causing the plastic gears to skip. The correction was to elongate the mounting holes to be able to rotate the motor slightly. The construction is cheaper than the original so let's see how long it lasts. I expected more from a Dorman part.

Recently the blend/temperature actuator on my 2004 Wrangler starting making a constant grind/vibration noise when set to full cold, and then every time you would turn it up or down, you could heard grinding noises. I didn't want it to fail in winter and leave me without heat, so I searched out a replacement. The OEM one has been discontinued, so I came upon this one and trusted the Dorman name. Fit was great, and installed in less than 10 minutes. Works well, nor more grinding noise. I do find if the radio is off and I adjust the temperature I can hear the motor in this one more than I could the OEM one, but no where near as loud as the broken one was.
