Selected Works: Walden, On the Duty of Civil Disobedience, Walking Paperback – April 11, 2020

Brilliant and inspiring works of art. These are a must read for anyone who values their individual power to help make change in the world, or just to live more freely, or understand how MLK and Ghandi were influenced in their own acts of civil disobedience. I don't spend hours on my phone, so the text size is pretty standard to me. For context, the font size for this edition is about 1.5x larger then the font size in this review.

The author is fine. My problem was the font size was small. Would have rather had more pages with larger text and more white space for easier reading.

I wish I had taken the time to read other's reviews before purchasing this edition. The type is miniscule and line spacing is microscopic. I will be purchasing a different version (but only after reading the reviews).

This is a terrible edition, a cheap remake with tiny print and narrow margins making it hard to track. It must have been scanned, thrown together. No editor, no printer, no pride of presentation. I hope Amazon doesn’t continue this practice.

Wasted my money. What a disappointment.

Very small print for such an interesting book

I could have downloaded the contents of this book, legally, and read it for nothing. Instead, thinking I'd like to have a hard copy, I wasted $18 on kindling for my wood stove.I got a couple of pages in before getting a headache from trying to decipher the tiny type. The spiel says "beautifully laid out". What a joke. Like so many other reviewers, I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my money. Thanks, Amazon.If you're going to make money off printing public domain works and selling them at premium prices, you could at least have the decency to make them readable.
