I’ve been really happy with the Life Extension Glucosamine & Chondroitin Sulfate. The capsules are easy to take, and after using them consistently, I’ve noticed a real improvement in overall joint comfort and flexibility. Will have to return. After I ordered I found out it raises eye pressure and blood pressure so If you have glaucoma you should not be taking. There should be a warning when ordering

Trying to maintain a regular walking program with varied weight lifting can make you sore all over. For me, one capsule a day reduces the need for aspirin or ibuprofen for aches and pains.

Easy to swallow, had no issues. Maybe a bit in the expensive side but it’s what we needed.
