Not what I expected, color to me seemed off!
I always thought black garlic should be black, or at least very dark brown. These capsules are not very dark, about the color of ground psyllium. Which makes me question how long they were actually fermented? I bought some bulk Black garlic and made my own capsules. Much cheaper, and better color.

OK - not as dark in color as other Fermented Garlic I've ordered
The product arrived on time and as described. Price is very good compared to other brands. The brand I typically order was out of stock, so I tried this one. Upon opening, I could see (capsule is clear in color) that the garlic in the capsule was more of a brown color, not black like other black garlic I have tried. I'm wondering if it may be a combination of black and regular garlic extract... Outside of that it seems fine...
