Mountain Bread 1 Pack, 8 Wraps (Spelt)

I cut them in half and make breakfast sandwiches or rollups for only 6 carbs! You can't have a filling that is too wet or the wrap will break down. I enjoy lightly toasting them in my toaster oven with some swiss cheese. I add a fried egg and a slice of lean ham.

Glad to see Mountain Bread is finally available on Amazon! If you’ve never tried Mountain Bread, it’s a good, low calorie, tasty alternative to normal bread. I started using MB to make my lunch for work. Its like a really thin tortilla. Sorta. The only place I could get it was Whole Foods but my location closed. So, Amazon is my new source.

I tried these wraps because I am a bread person, and could not find a spelt bread that I needed.These are an okay product, but found that they are too paper thin, without the nutty spelt flavor, and it breaks apart in your hands. It does not hold together like a flatbread, a naan, a tortilla, or even a rice wrap can.It is the only spelt item available, that was pure spelt, had no additives, and that didn't have other added seeds and grains. Also, found them expensive, for not being organic.

very fresh and thin, a good replacement for the thick pita bread! Much healthier! BUT expensive. it occasionally goes on sale.

Lovely mountain bread but must remember to seal the packet back up.

The best wraps ever! Healthy as well and tasty, been addicted to them for a while now, easy prep after my gym. Anyone should try it

Very very thin, paper thin actually. When fried in olive oil these make exquisite although not very durable, tortilla chips, taco bowls, enchilada type wraps etc.
