Yes, the 1/4 male SAE end will attach to a standard hose. The hose should fit a vacuum pump with a 1/4 male SAE fitting.

It will work with all mini splits. Minis splits are always 5/16.

What are the green rubber parts in the bag?

Those are extra seal once the original wear out.
