Wish I'd had these in my travel kit years ago!
Huge convert to packing cubes. Love the clean/dirty sections particularly for wet swimsuits on my way home from vacation. Also works well for soiled/smelly clothes in a multi-destination trip when not cleaning clothes between every leg of the journey. Well constructed and can fit an amazing amount of clothing into each one. I've packed these to the limit without a failed zipper many times. Great buy!

I Love it!
I saw this on a Rick Steves Monday Night Travels zoom, and I just HAD to have it for my upcoming trip. It's two-sided, one side keeps toiletries together (or whatever you want to use it for), and the other side keeps all my travel knicknacks. Lisa from the show calls it her junk drawer, which is a perfect description, because it can hold a lot of travel stuff! I absolutely adore this bag.

Perfect packing tool
Perfect for packing t-shirts, underwear and socks. It keeps everything contained and wrinkle free. I have had another one that has held up perfectly for the past 10 years. I bought another for my husband.

Most useful item that I pack!
With Eagle Creek's new "Specter" line, which is lighter and brighter, the original line is becoming obsolete. In fact, the Clean Dirty cubes are becoming hard to find, except online. I have several pieces in both original and Spector and here's my comparison: Original line: -heavier -sturdier -U-shaped zip on cubes, not inconvenient L-shape -LinkSeal mesh material is waterproof mesh! -considerably cheaper than Specter line Specter line: -lighter -less durable -L-shape zip so you must unpack everything to get to bottom -water-resistant ripstop nylon -fun colors like tangerine, beet, strobe green, white/strobe, etc. -33%-50% more expensive than the original line The only reason to get the Spector line is if the weight difference is a factor, for e.g. when backpacking. Otherwise, the original line—while less sexy—is the more practical bet. And another thing, these Clean Dirty cubes ONLY come in the original line. Of all the pieces I own, these are the most useful. You can fill the entire cube with clean clothes at the beginning of your trip, and gradually shift some over to the dirty side as you progress on your trip. The dirty side is made of the waterproof LinkSeal mesh material and kept quite contained. This division makes ALL the difference. I have both larger and smaller sizes, the former for clothes and latter for inner garments. I'm happy with my mixed collection of original and Spector lines; when something has sharp edges, zippers or is especially heavy I use the original line. For lingerie or finer items I use the Spector line. Also, I try to fill my backpack with only Spector sacs because they are on average 50% lighter. Hope this helps!

These are the style of cubes to buy!
In my opinion, these (and the large size version) are the only cubes to buy except for a few other ones to fill a niche'. Anyway, I have five sets of the half cubes and full cubes of this style. Each set is a different color which allows me to organize my suitcase (Eagle Creek has more colors on their website). I love that I can easily see the contents inside of my cubes. As I wear my clothes, I can put dirty/moderately wet laundry into the dirty side. These are not the lightest cubes in the world, and I believe they are about 6 ounces each. Eagle Creek makes a Spectre line which is a lot lighter. However, the Spectre line has a few drawbacks (hard to see inside them, zipper opening makes accessing items difficult, not as durable) that would prevent me from wanting to use them unless I am traveling to someplace where weight really matters (like Europe). One last thing, these cubes are the perfect size for several pairs of men's boxer briefs or smaller shorts.

Love love love!!
This packing cube was taller than I thought it would be, but I can fit so much.!!! I experimented, and I can. Fit 10 shirts comfortably in this cube. If your considering buying packing cubes, I promise these are the best!!!! These are the non compression ones, yet I still feel like I can compress so much, and they still zip like it's empty. Im most likely be going to be buying more in the future!

Clean/dirty cubes are a huge upgrade over regular packing cubes.
I’ve been traveling with packing cubes, but I’ve always been irritated with the laundry side of things. They’re great when everything is clean, but it was hard to get things back into my bag when 3/4 was dirty. These were perfect. They can be packed full on either the clean or the dirty side, so when I took off dirty clothes at the end of the night, I folded them into the dirty side of whichever cube they came from. My bag stayed compact and organized. As a bonus, when I got home, unpacking was a breeze. Empty the clean side, shake the dirty sides over the hamper. These were pricey but I’m so glad I got them!

Clean/dirty cubes are the way to go!
These cubes revolutionized the way I travel. If you're on the fence about packing cubes in general, make the plunge and fit, like, 50% more stuff in your bag. Plus, you'll know where all of your stuff is ALWAYS. My friends and fellow travelers are always jealous of my packing cubes and I am always on the lookout for a better one than this eagle creek clean/dirty cube. The dirty compartment makes this cube my favorite. It's SO convenient to separate wet, smelly, or soiled clothes from the clean ones. The dirty side keeps moisture and smells in very effectively. This size cube can fit 2 outfits or a pair of shoes comfortably. Or you can pack a week's worth of lingerie or a couple of small towels. Solid choice for a short trip.

Brilliant for packing shorts / socks for a short trip - clean pairs go in one side & are then transferred to the dirty side after each are worn in turn, no way of mixing-up & an efficient way to keep your pack tidy & avoid stuff tumbling out all over the place. Brilliant.

I use it to pack for weekends away it does not take much space but fits every clothing item I need for a weekend away: a pair of trousers, a couple of t-shits, a cardigan, pjs and underwear. For longer trips I use it for underwear and pjs and I put the dirty stuff in the waterproof compartment so it does not mix with the clean clothes and I do not have remember to carry a spare plastic bag for it.

This packing cube came in very handy during a recent trip, because of these cubes I was able to travel with just a carry-on in Vietnam for two weeks. The dual sided system for clean vs dirty items keeps your clean clothes fresh because the dirty side is sealed on the inside with plastic, isolating your dirty laundry when zipped shut. This makes these packing cubes superior to others which don't have the two different compartments. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Does just what I need it to. A little more expensive than I was hoping - but the quality seems good, and I'm hoping I will get lots of use out of it!

I love being able to separate clean and dirty clothes! Used on a trip where my host had asked me to bring out some cheese, actually used the 'dirty' side to pack this at the beginning of my trip, and since my bag didn't smell of cheese I figure the mesh did its job!
