There is a picture of the ingredients but then it "features " artificial sweetners - does it contain artificial sweetners? ? Or not???

Yes. In 2018 the company changed the formula to cut the sugar content by adding artificial sweeteners.

Is this the formula that is manufactured in the UK or in Malaysia?

It doesn't actually say where it was made but it does say that is "Made with British blackcurrants". All the addresses and phone numbers on the bottle are in the UK.
