I'm genuinely impressed with these NYHI 8 oz Square Clear Deli Containers; I've purchased them twice now, and they consistently exceed expectations. They are incredibly sturdy and hold up exceptionally well, proving to be a fantastic investment for organization. Initially, I was looking for a smart storage solution and stumbled upon these through a YouTube video showcasing their use for organizing shop parts. Their clear design is brilliant, allowing me to easily identify contents, and their robust, heavy-duty BPA-free plastic construction means they can handle a variety of items without issue. The airtight, snap-on lids are a huge plus, keeping everything secure, whether it's small screws, electronic components, or other odds and ends. Beyond just shop supplies, their microwave, dishwasher, and freezer safe properties make them incredibly versatile for actual food prep and storage too. The square shape is efficient for stacking, saving valuable space. If you're looking for reliable, durable, and multi-purpose containers, I can't recommend these enough. I would definitely buy them again!

Perfect to organize a cook's kitchen. We use to store herbs and cooking needs. They stack easily, fit in square spaces effectively. I have ordered a few times. Arrived on time, great quality.

I have purchased the 8oz and 32 oz. version as well, so my review will be similar to the others. My wife got tired of my beloved round classic 'delis' that were both purchased and saved from take out. She was/is concerned about the plastic issue, so I'm the exclusive user of these in our household. I bought these hoping the square shape for compactness in the fridge would overcome some of the plastic concerns. Other reviews on similar products seemed okay, so I took the chance. This 16 oz and the 8 oz seem to have more structural integrity than the 32 oz. For some reason, these* feel* smaller or less voluminous than similar sized round delis. Not sure why that is, but it is just a feeling. Also, the plastic is more transparent, less cloudy but more brittle and less pliable. I mostly use these for packaging leftovers and light meal prep. I don't yet have experience with freezing them and I worry freezing them will make them more brittle. Also, I've been transferring food to separate containers for heating such as in the microwave. Pros are the shape, leakproofness, good sizes, seem to hold up in the dishwasher, stackability and nesting. Cons are the lids can get quite tight, difficult to get on (easier to get off) and having to remove the tamper proof tab for removing the lid and re-use. Also, the top of the containers have ridges in them and I could see particulate getting retained in there.

bought them for food, have used them mostly for putting things like stickers, beads, etc in. use them a lot for group projects that require lots of little parts. and they were a good value. they seem quite durable, wash up well, seal well but the lids are still easy to get off.

Love these containers - I am going to order the larger 32 oz size too! Easy to stack in the fridge or pantry

I use these containers when I make my dog's food. Great for freezing. Washes great on the top rack of my dishwasher

SAVINGS...Should have bought sooner! ..I do a lot of meal prep as I only go to market once a month. Depending on the season I do grow some fresh veggies and fruits in the yard. When I bring food back from the market or my garden I prep it for future meals.... Doing this saves me time and money. Fresh veggies and fruits last longer when they are cleaned and put into quality containers such as these. I also like to 'quick pickle' fresh veggies, make salsa, prepare soups for meals to put into the frig... These containers have been perfect for doing so. The square shape of the containers hold more than round containers and are more stackable in my frig or on kitchen shelves and cabinets..... I mix up batches of dried ingredients to make seasoning mixes and these containers keep them fresh.... I originally had containers that were not clear and round that would I forget what was in them causing waste... These containers are easy to clean which I prefer to do my dishwashing by hand. ... You wont regret buying these for personal use or using them when you need to transport your food to another location.... friends at a social gathering all wanted to know where I got these containers and I gladly shared the info for them to order their own...(and these containers are not just for food.. I am using them to hold my grandchildren's' crafts supplies and in my quilting room for my supplies)

these are an absolute pain. I would not buy again. They come with the top sealed and you have to snap off a corner of the lid before you can use it as storage. It is incredibly difficult and painful on your fingers. I had to end up using a pair of pliers. The lid does have an incredibly tight seal, but again, you have a very tiny narrow opening at one corner where the seal you've broken off (maybe half an inch wide?) and you have to pry it up with your fingers which is incredibly painful and difficult. I've actually had to use my teeth a couple times! I stopped using them for leftover food storage and use them solely in the garage for paint and cement mixing or stuff like that. they're useless as food storage.
