I had bought these because the regular probiotic tjat I’ve been using with this company was not available for whatever reason. The taste is awful! And I find myself burping them up hours later. Not the best at all!

Easy on the stomach

I ordered this probiotic is the past and was very happy so I reordered it. When it arrived, it tasted funny so I checked the expiration date. It had expired 4/22. I made arrangements to return it and have it replaced and they sent me a second bottle that had expired 4/22. Now, I have to return two bottles but I won’t bother with a replacement.

You can find a lot of "dime a dozen" immune formulations that include three or four of the ingredients included in this one. However, this goes a step further with the inclusion of garlic and of probiotic strains. You can definitely sense the garlic in this, whether it is the smell when you open the bottle or the taste (or burp) you get every now and then. I only had this happen to me a few times, but it was nice in a weird way to affirm that there was indeed a real ingredient in this formula. As for how it works, for me it's a preventative with supplements like these. They're nice to have in the event of becoming ill, but it's great to supplement at half the recommended dose (so one capsule per day) to maintain good health. Even at one capsule there are enough ingredients, assuming at least 80ish percent absorption rate, to get a benefit from this. Great supplement with great ingredients and a good 30-60 day value.
