The box did not come in the greatest condition. The bottom and bottom corners looks like it was smooshed just a little. I'm not sure if this was just during the delivery process. It also took a numerous amount of pumps to get the cream to flow. I'm not sure if this is a full bottle or not, which is why I'm worried this is not a completely new product. If anyone knows otherwise, please let me know. Maybe I'm just paranoid because some other reviews said they had recieved a product that wasn't new. I will update, once I have gotten to use this cream and tell the results. Edit: After trying this product, it's more like a warm sensation you feel and it works within a couple of seconds. At least for myself, by no means did it "turn me on" like I fantasize but the warmness felt good. I will continue to try other products to see if it's even possible for a sexual libido to be heightened to the point of wanting to jump on your significant other.

Damaged or second hand product
Full disclosure: Did not actually use the product. Product was not brand new. Product showed up in a stained box and smelling of, I assume, the product. I figured this bottle or another bottle had leaked. The box had the factory barcode blacked out with a marker and two different, non-original, printed barcodes/labels applied to the box. There was no seal on the box or bottle. It looks like I was shipped a defective or damaged product. Lacked confidence in quality of product to even try it. Even if the product was fine with a damaged box, I do not expect to pay full price. Might as well order directly from the manufacturer.
