The wheels on mine do not lock and all four casters swivel

What are the dimensions of this it says 1x1x1 inches if that's correct this is the tiniest table ever ?

No 1x1x1 is not correct.. This table is approximately 4ft tall. They are nice work tables. I bought 2 for my shop..

The wheelbase is, roughly, the same size as the tray. With the castors, the frame rides about 3” off the ground. The tabletop is 20”x30” and is height-adjustable 35” to 48.” The table rolls very smoothly and can support a lot of weight. There are several slots for tool storage and 4 compartments for parts. The only negative point-there are no locking castors. The table will roll if it’s bumped or on uneven ground.

What is the measurement of the base width? Will it straddle a 33" tall tire?

The bolted legs measure 25 x 20" if that helps.
