MagicSing E5 Learn to Connect and Operate Correctly!
Great Karaoke System! What I have Learned. Please Take Advantage of the Owner's Manual Install on the MagicSing E5, to help you learn how to operate the E5, this will help to understand how to operate the Wireless Microphones and the Karaoke remote control included, there are lots of buttons on both, and the Owners Manual brochure will help a lot, take the time and review before you connect and operate your you E5. For sure you want to know what each button on the Wireless Microphones and Remote Control does.I have saw some comments about the sound coming from the NagicSing E5, I have Bose Speakers with Surround Sound, and I can tell you my system sound Great, If your system is connected correctly and you have Good Sound System, your MagicSing E5 will sound Great Too, bad sound system or connecting incorrectly you will get bad sound, it's not because of E5.I have attached three screen shots, two are of the MagicSing Phone App, and one is of my TV Screen Showing MagicSing Screen. The Blue Top Bar on the Phone App is showing you are connected to the MagicSing Sync with the TV, Not at the Top Right of the TV Screen you are seeing an indication symbol showing you are connected to the Internet, and the bottom right of TV screen you have the Bar Scan to connect your phone and sync to the TV, note if you are not connected to the Internet the Bar Scan will not be there so check your Internet connection. To send a song selected from your phone to the TV you must have the Blue Bar at the top, not Orange, then you can choose a song (tap once) and then tap at the bottom the black arrow in a with a microphone, you will see the song go to you TV. The Phone App with the Orange Bar at the top, will show when you are not connected to the Internet and you will see at the bottom of the screen a circle with a black arrow and (no) microphone, you can choose a song (Press Once) and when you press the Play Arrow it will Play only from your phone. In closing, there are over 200,000 songs maybe 300,000 that's what I am being told, there is no way to verify this number or what the songs are, you just have to use the phone app to search to see if the song you are looking for is there. If anyone knows a better way Please let us all know.If all fails you can contact Kevin, he will help you all he can, just be clear on what your problem (s) is and be at you MagicSing E5 so he can walk you through.Enjoy Your E5, Just Joe

Awesome product
Bought this as an anniversary present to the wife, and also upgrading our 12 year-old Wow Premium karaoke. This is a huge improvement. My wife loves it almost immediately. Love the app integration and variety of songs. Highly recommend.

Wife loves it
This was easy to set up. We had earlier Magic Sing and it was time for an upgrade. Would give it 5 stars except the song book is no longer spiral and a couple of pages came unglued when we opened it.

Overpriced and lacking
Very limited songs unless you pay and even then, the songs are still very limited. Way overpriced for this. I gave this away. Probably pay no more than $50 if u buy again and that's being generous.

No bluetooth output!
Before I bought this product I read some online information that it had bluetooth. To be fair, it was never mentioned in the product page. However, a $500 audio product these days with no bluetooth? C'mon. As a karaoke machine, I've had several Magic Sing products over the years and this is an improvement over the older models. But, I don't like microphones with lcd and buttons because in my experience, these are the first items in the system to breakdown. I still have a 12 year old MS system with plain wireless mics and it's still working fine, although the technology is outdated.

Best Karaoke I own so far
At first everything was a mess like there was a voice delay, QR code not working and app not compatible to my region in the US so I requested for return and refund. The seller approved the return and also tried to contact me to fix the Techinical issues I’ve encountered. Kevin was knowledgeable of the wiring, cables and components of a sound system, karaoke and TV. He was so patient and walked me through every single step to try to get this to work perfectly. He knows everything like he was helping you in person although we were just on a call and FaceTime. I highly recommend this item to any karaoke lovers out there. It cost a lot but could be a good investment for parties and hopefully this will last long.
