The unit worked well for about 5-months, then one day decided to stop working. Tried all the suggested DIY fixes, and nothing. Turned out the unit was unable to power up. I give 5-stars because the Plugable support was first class. The timing was beyond the Amazon warranty, so I dealt directly with the manufacturer. They shipped a new and fully tested replacement unit out to me in short order, and I'm back in business. Always appreciate good customer service.

At first, I had quite a few issues getting my Sharing Switch and Pluggable Docking station to work together. I wanted to have one docking station with all of my peripherals to go between my personal gaming tower and my work laptop. On my work computer it always worked fine, on my personal desktop the screens would intermittently flash black and I would have delayed functionality in some of my peripherals. Things would work fine if I pluged the dock directly into either computer, but I really wanted the functionality of the Switch. I looked up fixes others had used but nothing worked. Finally, I reached out to Pluggable's customer service and they couldn't have been better! Not only did they send me a free replacement Switch to see if that would solve the problem but also, after noticing one of my monitors didn't have the expected refresh rate available, did research into the manual of the monitor and provided me recommendations and screenshots of the manual to configure my setup properly. It actually solved a different issue I'd just come to deal with when using my monitors! With everything combined, we got my setup working perfectly. With that, I highly recommend Pluggabe not only for the ease of use with their devices, but that they genuinely want to help their customers out and have great customer service!

It was very difficult to find a docking station that met my needs even though they seemed fairly standard. I wanted to connect two external displays to an HP Spectre laptops that have display port connectors. To make the right connections I needed to research all the different connector types (USB A, USB 3, HDMI, etc. etc.). Very few docking stations would allow me to connect to my laptop with a USB A and have display port, DP, outputs. This one had outputs for 2 displays and provided both DP and HDMI outputs. The station is connected with a Type B USB and provided one cable with a Type B connector to the station and Type A on the laptop end and another cable with a Type B and Type C so I did not need to search for a cable. The hook up directions were simple and worked perfectly. I then connected my other peripherals to the multiple Type C outputs on the docking station. So far it has worked flawlessly. It was on the pricey end but was well worth it.

I have a MacAir Book 2025 Chip M4 and this docking station works. Sometimes one monitor stays in sleep mode but I go to display and it comes back up. The only thing is that u have to keep the power cable in MAC so once the lid is closed it still mirroring or extending.

I needed a hub for my laptop for dual HDMI display and additional USB ports. I've had several cheaper devices that either were glitchy or just stopped working one day. I was looking for something a little higher quality and this hub seems to fit the bill. At first, I was having issues where several times a day it would blink out and revert to the laptop screen, then blink back to the extended display. it was annoying. I assumed a defective device and requested an exchange from Amazon. as I was packing up the unit, I noticed the little card in the box- Please contact support if you have issues, let us help! I rolled my eyes- my experience is that product support for most items is an absolute joke. When the second unit arrived, it had the same exact issue. Ugggg. So I followed the links for support and I have to say- support was EXCELLENT! I wish I had saved us all a little hassle and contacted them the first time. Very prompt response, clear communication, easy to follow instruction- it was 5 star. I had to use their tool to collect some logs when the issue occurred (super easy to do) and then I was given instruction to update the driver (very thorough and easy to follow), which fixed the issue. It works great now. The device itself seems pretty good so far. Dual HDMI works great. There are 6 USBA ports, an audio jack and ethernet ports. The unit is connected to my laptop with USBC (it can also use USBA to connect) in the display port. I tested it in the power USBC port as well, and that appears to work fine too. The only thing that would make this better is a few USBC ports for additional devices, like charging my cell phone. (Entirely possible there's a higher model that has that, so if its a necessity for you, check thoroughly for that.) Overall- great product, GREAT SUPPORT!!!!!

MacBook M2 AirにLGの４Kモニターに繋げて利用してますが、画像は綺麗に映りません。 文字の拡大ができなく、見ずらいです。 因みに、返品には6000円＋海外郵送費用がかかります。

Perfection

Após muitas dificuldades em encontrar a dock Station (3 antes dessa) finalmente encontrei a Dock Station perfeita para as minhas demandas (2 monitores externos de tamanhos diferentes). Ela funciona muito bem, deixou a imagem nas telas com uma definição perfeita e seguindo as orientações do vendedor eu consegui fazer o Macbook Air M1 funcionar em duas telas independentes. No meu outro computador Dell também funciona perfeitamente bem! Não precisei instalar o app. sugerido pelo fabricante. Estou muito feliz com a performance do produto. Recomendo!

Excelente producto, compatibilidad con Windows y Mac, el HDMI y DP simultaneo te permite adaptarlo a cualquier tipo de monitor, el cable USB A o C te permite conectarlo a la computadora por el puerto que este disponible, una gran calidad en los cables, quizas el unico punto en contra es que no cuenta con puertos usb-c, pero cumple muy bien su funcion con 6 puertos usb a.

Great docking station for connecting multiple monitors to a laptop and extending the screen. Easy to set-up and use, great that it can connect via both USB 3.0 and USB-C, making it capable of working on most units. Love that it doesn't overheat like some adapters/docking stations do.
