Great product, but consider other sources to buy from
This is excellent flour, and it makes delicious bread and other baked goods. Bib’s Red Mill is top quality products. However, every shipment of this from Amazon has arrived damaged. Amazon simply doesn’t properly pack the flour, or consider it to be food. Torn and damaged bags are a result. One shipment was left out in the rain.

Fresh Whole Wheat Flour
I like to bake whole wheat bread. Freshness of the flour is important and this flour was very fresh. The bread baked up beautifully and tasted great. It's another Bob's Red Mill Organic product that I'll use over and over.
