This is a great,well made and reliable 3 in 1 out HDMI hub. Simple to set up and very handy if you have 3 gadgets going to the one monitor. A gentle touch of the button on top of the hub will switch you from one input to another. Good price too. Highly recommended.

Bought this to connect an XBox 360 and a PlayStation 4 to one HDMI port on my TV. Unfortunately when either one was selected the picture and sound would drop out after a few seconds, and the switch would seem to search for a picture and go on and off repeatedly. It seems these devices lack enough power through their HDMI outputs to drive the switch as it has no external power supply. I tried it with my FrreSat box and my DVD player and these seemed to work OK, but I think I lost some picture quality. I'm now buying an HDMI switch with a usb power input instead. UPDATE: After leaving this review the seller/manufacturer XCHOnline contacted me through Amazon with some suggestions to 1) use a good quality HDMI 2.0 cable and 2) ensure that all devices connected we're powered on. The latter was not practical for me but I contacted them to give feedback and they then offered me a full refund with no need to return the device. I have now upped the star rating to 4 stars for the seller's excellent customer service. Thank you.

This is actually my 3rd 1 of these switches & this actually works perfect. Was looking for something for the firestick & PS5 as we’ve been popping 1 out to put the other in (was getting to be a real pain !!). It sits neatly behind an ornament so not in full view. You do still need to get up off your cozy sofa right enough to click the switch to change it from 1 hdmi port to another but that was expected & so much easier than trying to attach to the hdmi extension which is attached to our tv. I did purchase a 2 in 1 switch prior but found it to not be very good with the size of the firestick so went for a 3 in 1 switch & it just gives that bit of space between ports, saves it being crammed. I can’t comment on using it for pc’s etc as it was purely to jump between watching tv & hubby playing his PS5. Works a treat.

I'll be honest. I did not expect this to be as Good as it is. Build Build quality is good. It feels well made and the layout is super simple. The Hdmi cable that comes with it aswell is a good length so its not too long but gets where it needs to be Picture Quality I see no difference in picture quality. The HDR and 4K all works fine. Overall its very good Further notes I think there's a bit of confusion with this being 60HZ. It's not capped at 60hz so you can play in higher if your TV or monitor supports it (I play 144hz at 1440p). I don't own a 4k TV so I assume if you try to use 4k it will just change to 60hz (most 4k devices are like this anyway) I'm using this device with a PC and PS5. It's by far the best thing I've bought in a while and saves me so much effort routing cables. Definitely buy this :)

Great piece of kit. I have noticed though that my PS4 seems to flick in and out of game mode since using this. Also, Cold War sometimes drops to 30fps and can be laggy on my series x but I cannot confirm that it is this device at fault. **UPDATE I can confirm that the series x lagging issue was in fact the game itself and has been fixed with a patch. I did have issues trying to play a UHD 4K blu ray. I got a message saying that my device does not support HDCP. I contacted support and they were super helpful. It was advised that I try to reconnect my cables (and a couple of other things if this did not work). I can confirm that after reconnecting all cables, the device is working perfectly so thank you for your support. I believe it was an issue with my TV HDMI port and not this device. Overall, this is a great bit of kit and i would certainly recommend it.

So my review may seem confusing, This product is extremely easy to use Is extremely simple to switch And the picture quality is exactly the same as if I was just using the ports on TV however the issue is when I was playing my ps5 with this connected the TV would make an extremely high pitched beep then the screen would go blank for a few seconds and obviously if your playing a game this is not what you need, it's more soul destroying than your TV giving you the 60 second shutdown warning and you can't find the remote, for me this has been a waste of money because now I need to go buy another 1 from argos

Without external supply it causes image to flicker if load is to high like a 4k hd movie or a ps5.

This is a very compact switch. I am using it to connect three Linux computers to a single monitor. On first connecting this unit up, I thought that it wasn't working, and only saw a blank screen. However, you have to remember that Linux computers (at least the Raspberry Pi) seem to need to have a screen connect to boot properly. The trick is to connect to the port of the computer that you are booting up, and then power on the computer. At this point everything works and you can select another computer to view on your screen - returning to the original computer is fine from then on. Plus points: Excellent screen resolution and quality. Very small. Image at 4k is indistinguishable from a direct connection. Negative points: I can echo the comment made by another reviewer - the LEDs are not easy to see - far too dim. This was the only reason that I deducted a point. It would be good to have the output HDMI port on the same side as the input. The unit would take up less room if placing on a desktop. Happy with the unit, and a good price.

This NEWCARE 3-Port HDMI switcher works very well to resolve the issue with older TVs that too few HDMI ports are available. I’ve been able to seamlessly connect my gaming console, Blu-ray player, and laptop to my TV without constantly swapping cables, which used to drive me nuts. The setup was as easy as plug-and-play, with no extra power cables needed - just connected it, and it worked perfectly. The picture quality is sharp enough, supporting up to 4K at 30Hz, and I’ve noticed no visible drop in visual or sound quality. The LED indicators are a nice touch, making it simple to see which device is active. One minor issue is that it might not work as well with very long HDMI cables, but sticking to the recommended 7 feet or less solved that problem for me. I am left with just one HDMI port from my 4K TV and I need to extend it to my Mi Box S and Apple TV 4K. bought a splitter from Baseus before this and it displayed a horrendous 480p display, totally regret that. But that all change when I bought this device! Beautifully displaying the correct resolution of 4K 60Hz for both my Mi Box S and Apple TV 4K. Setup is a breeze, just plug and play without any power cord. I love the matte finish of the splitter too! All in all, highly recommended!
