Work great. Easy Install.
Thought I was going to have to get new windows. Watched a few videos and ordered these. Very easy to install. My windows slide up and down with ease.

A gamble
Of the 10 I bought, 2 of them broke immediately. The plastic string rollers had splintered and cracked upon first use, rendering the balance useless. I suppose that I'll gave to wait a few days to months before I'll know if the other 8 balances will break or not. And yes, I know how to put these on properly. I have ordered 3 more to replace the 2 broken ones. I added a third just in case 1 of the two breaks.

Works well
We knew nothing about channel balance replacement, watched a YouTube video and then proceeded to install this ourselves. It would have been nice to have a few directions WITH the product but we did it thanks to YouTube clips. The product works well and perfectly.
