It worked amazing for the first 2 months. Would basically only hold one charge and then you’d had to charge it again meaning it would fully charge your phone only once and then it would completely die. Unfortunately two months later it stoped working which sucks because I can no longer return it.

Charges my phone once completely from dead to full. Iphone Xs. It has a great fit to the phone and does what a battery case should do. The lightning connector works great because I don't need different cords to charge it.

This battery case lasted about week then quit charging. The case is flimsy and wouldn't provide any protection if the phone were to get dropped. I contacted to the company and they promised a new one, but never sent it. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Just what I was looking for. I can go from one day to the next without charging. Charging is slow but the extended life more than makes up for it!

I will really give it a 3 because at least it works but not how i want it to. I was lookin throughout the comments trying to find out why it had only been 1 LED light on and blinking. And found the solution, charged it for 4 hours and got 3 LED’s and got real excited, so i went out to football practice, finished up, phone was on 29. Turned on my handy dandy phone charging case. 3 Leds on. Walked to the car .... 2 LED , my phone is on 31 percent... Drove to get something to eat and then home... LED off.. phone on 55 percent.. died in less than 45 minutes.. Did i get like a bad made case lol. I ordered it on the 4th. My birthday was the 3rd got myself a little gift. Came on the 7th.. thinking about a refund or and exchange or something..

So far so good. I’ve had battery charger cases in the past that stopped working. This one is going strong still. Not super expensive so if it did eventually die, I’d still purchase this same one again.

I have had two of these battery cases and one I've just bought in July only work for three months and then I cannot send it back so I think it's a complete waste of time and the one before that only last for about six months so it's very annoying that I cannot send the product back because call honestly both have been a complete waste of money. They won't even do an exchange

My son has just started going to school himself so I wanted to make sure he never runs out of battery on his mobile so we can stay in touch. This product does the job perfectly and gives back up battery power and reassurance that he can always contact me. Has quite a bit of weight to it which takes a little getting used to but not a problem. Also provides a good buffer of protection which is handy as he has the iPhone X which is notorious for being able to smash at the back as well as the front!Highly recommended.

Both mine and my partners cases stopped working - I contacted the supplier and with in 2 days - 2 news cases arrived not asking me to return the broken ones ( saving me that hassle ) . This company’s customer service is second to none

My partner and I both bought one of these each for our iPhone X (Left Hand Side) & (Right Hand Side) XR. My partner has now had to replace the charging port on the actual phone as the connector snapped off inside the port of the phone and was impossible to get back out.This is the thanks we get for her taking her phone out of the case, as guided by the way in the manual. £50 repair.I also find that the charge of these cases only charges the phones one fully and then to 45% the next time. VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE 4X 100% ADVERTISED!I did have communications with someone called Emily but this was over a week ago. NOT AMUSED!
