Giving gas pains
Atta would have been good if it wouldn't have contained soy bean atta...everytime i had this atta it gave me gas and litrelly bad stomach ache...tested two three times again gave me bad gas...Soybeans can cause gas in some people because they contain oligosaccharides called raffinose, stachyose, and verbascose that are not easily digested. When these oligosaccharides escape digestion, gut bacteria in the large intestine ferment them, producing carbon dioxide, hydrogen, and methane gas. This process is similar to what happens in other legumes and vegetables that are also known to cause gas, like beans, chickpeas, lentils, broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts.

Waste of money Digestion issue
Total waste of money. This aata creat so much gas not only me also in my family members. I discussed with diabexy team, they said drink more water, I also did the same but it didn't work with us. Because it's very heavy to digest because of their ingredients also 500/kg not worth it. Total marketing gimmick.
