Great mic once you know how to set it up. The instructions in the box didn’t match up with my computer.

Get your settings right
I purchased this and was really disappointed, the the sound level was really low - it was purchased as a replacement for the built in microphone on a laptop which was pretty rubbish for zoom meetings. However, under the 'Microphone properties' and 'custom' you will find a tick box marked 'AGC' (I have absolutely nothing else on this tab). This stands for Automatic Gain Control, when I enabled it it worked really well. I am surprised this wasn't in the slip of paper that came with the microphone, but I am now really pleased with the sensitivity. It works in all directions, its clear and has a nice build quality to it. Converted by a tick box ! Now very happy with it and would recommend it.

Great performance and good value for money
Really easy to install, it’s compact and sturdy Good sound quality and works well with my dragon software I got fed up of using headphones in conference calls, I don’t like the muffled sound of my own voice and worry about prolonged use creating ear infections . Thus feels very natural in the very unnatural world we are currently in

The microphone in my laptop stopped working. This fixed the issue. Easy to use plug and play. Sound quality as good if not better than the one built in to my laptop.

Stopped working after a couple of months. Disappointing
I bought this back in Sept 2020. Such a good mic. Good sound. However, in the last 2 weeks when I have been using it on zoom during meetings, there has been a lot of noise coming from my microphone. Chinese torture as someone said whom I was online with. This is very disappointing as it was the cheapest and is solidly made. I am unable to use it now. Very disappointing.

Great little mic, made of metal not plastic which is amazing. Fits in the palm of your hand. It can also be stuck to walls.
