Can you wear these for 13 hour shifts? Or is it bad to wear them all day?

hi ive worn them for a 12 hour shift so I don’t see why you can’t wear them for longer? but I haven’t had positive results yet.

Hello, I'm not entirely sure, but it does mention fluorescence in the description, so I expect so. I have the outdoor ones - I presume that you are buying the indoor ones. They are very good glasses. They really do block out light, and the frames are very attractive and well made. They look more expensive than they are

Can I use them to read?
