Item where good however the silicone part of the mold was all smashed and not what they are advertised to be I am on day 3 of adding hot water and cups to try and straighten them out before I use to make soap because I don’t want my bars looking crazy

This is a great starter kit. I love that it comes with two molds for only a couple of dollars more than many of the kids that just have one mold. The only complaint that I have is that the end bar is always a different size than the rest of them due to the slot spacing. Aside from that, it's a great product

Easy to clean, good size, flexibility, Easy to use, easy to remove.

Great set for starting with making soap. The only problem I have is with the quality of the wooden cutting guide. Mine is already cracked and the spacing is a little big so your cutter can go sideways easily and make your soap cut not even. But there is a lot in this set for the price which is very nice. The silicone molds are very nice and the soap releases very easily.

I am glad for this set, it comes with 2 molds and 2 holders, which came in handy the first time I used them, as I didn’t realize my recipe was larger than I thought it would be, so ended up needing to use both soap molds! To cut the soaps, that too worked like a charm and the slicers themselves were great, easily fit in the pre-cut wood box slits, creating a nice finished soap product in minutes. Very satisfied with how useful the entire set is! My only worry is the molds held some of the scent I used, even after I washed them out, they still had a strong scent—I’m hoping that doesn’t affect the next batch of soap I make. I guess be aware of that; I was just following a recommendation of how much scent to use, and didn’t even think about the strength of the scent, and it clinging to the rubber mold. I think next time I will probably try to use less scent, anyway, as it IS pretty strong in the soap. But otherwise, I am looking forward to making many more batches of soap!

Was surprised that soap cutters was included

Making soap? These are a must have! Super easy to use mold and cutters perfect if you're making soap bars for personal use or to sell as a side gig. The molds fit into the wooden box to help solidify your soap base and once dry they pop out so easily. The wooden cutter ensures beautiful equal cuts for each bar. You can use a straight or the textured cutter. The wood and stainless steel make them very durable for long term use! Easy to use for beginners as well. I love my set they have been a life saver.

This kit would be perfect if the silicone molds weren't warped. The warping is the result of how they were packaged for shipping. They arrived with one being stuffed inside the other. Then both were twisted together as if you were wringing out a rag. The twisted mess was then stuffed inside one of the wood boxes. They are so mis-shapen, there's no hope of producing a nice soap loaf. I've poured boiling water into the molds twice, hoping the weight of the water would straighten the sides. I microwaved them and smoothed them into the wood boxes. They won't hold the correct shape. I'm so disappointed that I spent good money on these flimsy things. The other contents of the kit are in good condition and met my expectations. Sadly, the poor condition of the silicone molds outweighs any other positives.

The mold is unusable; it is twisted and distorted beyond recognition and cannot be used to make soap. It’s headed straight to the garbage.
