This hyper chiller works great! Love how you can use it for anything! Easy to clean and works way better than the plastic ones. The plastic ones I notice crack and the metal one has been a lot more durable.

Absolutely love the HyperChiller ! If you’re serious about iced coffee this thing is a game changer. It chills drinks fast without watering them down. I also really appreciate that it keeps the flavor intact. You get that fresh-brewed taste, just cold, which is exactly what iced coffee should be. If you drink iced beverages regularly, this is 100% worth it. Highly recommend—one of those products you didn’t know you needed until you try it.

By far, my favorite new way to make iced coffee. Quick, painless, preserves the integrity of the coffee without watering it down. The only thing that could make it better is if it came in a larger size. I live alone, so it’s the perfect size for me to use with my large travel mug in the morning on the way out the door. Might be a challenge for multiple people, or work from home dwellers. P.S. don’t be a dummy like me and think you can set it up without reading the instructions. While not overly complicated, it has a series of different chambers that need to be filled with water in a certain sequence. I thought I could wing it. I was wrong. Once I read the directions and assembled and froze the chambers correctly, it was great. The third times the charm 😹 The PROS: Simple. Nothing really complicated - see my assembly caveats above Doesn’t alter or water down the taste of the coffee. Fills a 20 oz travel mug within 2 ‘fill cycles’ - 2 minutes Cleans up easily. I haven’t had to refill the chambers yet and I’ve used it several weeks Great value for the price! No large ‘coffee makers’ sitting on countertops taking up space. CONS: I freeze cycle yields approx 18 - 20 oz of iced coffee. I’m not certain how long it takes to refreeze/recover so that it can be used again. If you need more volume, or are making multiple drinks over a few short hours, you may need more chillers Takes up space in the freezer and must stand upright. Not too much of a problem for one chiller, might be a challenge with more depending on the size of your freezer Clean up is simple, but if using for coffee, I’m not certain if it traps ‘tastes’ with the simple clean up, to then use for something like white wine. I don’t use it that way so it’s not an issue for me. But test it if you want it multi-functional. For the price, if you really like iced coffee, give it a shot. It’s really pretty ingenious and effective for something so simple. I may grab an extra just to have on hand for a guest, or if I want multiple drinks close together on my day off.

I ordered this at the beginning of the year, and it worked great for months. Unfortunately, as other reviews have stated, it did start to crack on the exterior plastic cup. I reached out to customer service on the HyperChiller website, and they were extremely helpful. If I order another one, I will probably not get the plastic and spend a little more for the stainless steel HyperChiller.

Sadly, it cracked along the side (near the name) in less than one month of use and leaked everywhere. I followed the directions that were included. I only used it for iced coffee during that time frame, so can't speak to how it works in other scenarios. It was great while it lasted. However, something needs to change in the construction in order to make it more durable with the temperature changes. I was considering trying to order another one, in case I got a fluke. However, reading the other reviews on here made me decide against it. Looks like it is a very common issue. And since it was a hassle for me to find a local store in order to drop my cracked one off to process my return, I'm choosing not to re-order. I was only given the option of returning it to a Staples store, and the closest one to me is almost an hour away. Not sure why Kohl's wasn't an option for returning this product, as all of my other returns have been able to be taken there in the past. But driving almost 2 hours in order to return a $20 product isn't ideal, obviously. Again, it's a great concept and worked great while it lasted. But it shouldn't be cracking in less than one month of use. Guess it's back to the drawing board to find a system for making iced coffee that isn't watered down.

Chills hot coffee quickly but cracked after only a couple of weeks. Bought two but second one did exact same thing. Not worth it.

My wife loves her iced coffees and this is a game changer. I got sick of using loads of ice, and also making watery iced coffee. This thing is an excellent idea as it works a treat! Follow the simple instructions (Always a plus in any product!) freeze it for a few hours and you are ready to make your iced coffee in a jiffy. These are useful at home and would make a great random gift for anyone who liked an iced coffee, tea, etc.

Molto utile quando si ha bisogno di raffreddare una bibita in brevissimo tempo! Lo tengo sempre nel congelatore, pronto per essere usato in caso di necessità. Basta riempire di acqua i vari scompartimenti, come da istruzioni, quindi metterlo nel congelatore in modo che si congeli. L'acqua rimane confinata in questi scompartimenti. Quindi si versa la bibita sopra il tappo che è come una specie di imbuto, finisce nel contenitore principale dove si raffredda in pochi secondi. Quindi si inclina il contenitore per versare la bibita in un bicchiere. Si riesce ad usare per 3 o 4 bicchieri grandi prima che perda la capacità di raffreddare. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto... Ha un funzionamento veramente banale ma può essere molto utile, soprattutto in estate!

アイスコーヒーを氷を入れずに作れるのはすごく便利です。いつまでも味が薄まらなくて、おいしさをキープできます。毎朝2人分のアイスコーヒーを作りますが、2〜3分くらいで10℃以下まで冷やせます。凍らせば何度でも再利用できるしとても気に入ってます！

I have a Nespresso and lovvve my iced coffees! This is perfect! I can add a cube or two to my drink but this ices the coffee in 2 mins and it’s still the perfect strength espresso not watered down. Ensure that when rinsing to place back in freezer to use cold water or your middle will pop and make a dent. Otherwise no complaints, easy to wash, and easy to rinse and use over and over between washes. Warning if you have a Nespresso tho! It doesn’t sit perfect under to guarantee the coffee goes in hole so watch it! 😂
